We happened to visit the post office there. It's impressive, huge with a wall fresco decoration, gold lockers in the office. Very nice to discover

Socialism in practice. Gov workers who don't care about anything. Huge queue and only one person to deal with it. Privatize USPS asap!

A male worker who unfortunately I went to on my turn at the post office not only did he not help me he threw a packaging tape impossible to open with no assistance as I was unfamiliar also with closing the boxes I needed to send overseas. No help at all n then he disappeared without even excusing himself. The other slot was available so I went to her as the male clerk still had not appeared! She was a lovely female Latina clerk n she shared how expensive it would be to send to Europe but she could help me with the packaging n handed a complete packaging tape with cutting edge to me while the male clerk did not advise or offer any help n it was impossible to tear it open with my nails.I had another small box package to send within the usa n she was so helpful and kind and professional. Thanks to her I was able to send what I needed and left as a satisfied customer.

I decided to ignore the reviews and I regret it. Employees here are government workers who can't get fired and don't care about you.Nor do they care about you. I was suppose to have a package for general delivery and now I'm out of $20 thanks to employees not knowing their job or policies. They will be rude and ignore you when there is no line.Came in on 11/13 around 12:57 to ship a package as a General Delivery to another post office. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My friend would not be home and needed the package to be sent to a post office on the other side of the city to be held till my friend returned since I would be gone. I asked the workers if the delivery address should be the post office delivery in Hialeah. One said yes. Mind you there is no line and only two employees. So I put the address as the post office location. The second employee, I walked up (after she stayed with another client forever whom she seemed annoyed with by the interaction) and said good afternoon. She genuinely showed no interest and just ignored me like it was the DMV with a long line and treated me as if I was the previous customer to whom she gave more information. I simply asked, hey, I need to get this to another post office to be held for a friend, is this correct, she knew I asked something and looked up, but just ignored me and kept typing. Then she told me to confirm the address, I asked one more time if the package would be held at that location, and she just insisted again that I just confirm the address. Then just charged me the +$17. I took the word of the other employees, and none were correct. The first employee was better, but the second was just rude.Just go to FedEx. They actually do help and answer your questions. Let USPS deliver mail only and nothing else.

Such a sad story in such beautiful building. We had the worst experience at this post office having to deal with an unusually hateful and emotionally violent Caucasian man behind the counter. Nothing happened to trigger this behavior other than me being middle eastern and the other’s subject to his anger also minorities. I can only say this was racism. Not sure he was coming off of a high or was psychotic. He was emotionally violent to us, to people before us and his colleagues again all minorities. It makes me very concerned that these kind of people with mental and anger issues have access to people personal and private information at a government facility. Hiring people like this is reckless. I can only say he will soon meet his match. I wasn’t going to be the person serving him his very well deserved karma. But soon he will be facing the consequences of his behavior.

I couldn’t believe how nice people are here. And patient. (I’ve never been to a post office where I’ve received good service, people were always grumpy and really rude to me for no reason, except here) The older man that helped me was so nice

We walked in and there was only one lady in the line. I asked how many stamps to put on my postcard. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

Scary employees, except for the older hispanic man. Thank you for always being the sunlight in that dungeon. Why are the others so miserabile and rude? Mean and nasty. Don’t smile at all. Seriously. Life is difficult enough. Get another job.Beautiful inside architecture.

This post office went through a whole change, including management and personnel, about three years agoOur review gave them only one star however, with the recent changes we updated a review and brought it up to three stars. They still have work to do but definitely improvement was noticed they have all the supplies needed for shipments of a small envelopes two large boxes you can also do Passport processing here but for this, you need to make an appointment ahead of time definitely a lot of locals, including ourselves. Do business here since this is our main post office, and a lot of us also own a PO Box this building is unique anArt deco at its finest if you are in the area and don’t live in Miami Beach, take an opportunity to snap some pictures of these beautiful architecture for more information on trips, bars, and restaurants follow us on our social media, including YouTube ⤵️AVENTURASCONLOSPAIZ
