The worst customer service. Sent me to a different store to deal with my issue that they could have handled there. Found out this is NOT a corporate store, but a franchise owned store. I will never visit this store again, as they only want to make sales not help their customers. So much for 'un-carrier'...

Hansel has to be the best staff in Tmobile, he had so much positive energy. He did everything he had to to get the job done. Ask for Hansel when you come in.

THIS STORE IS A DISGRACE. They sent me over to another store in harding only to find out they sent me over there for NO REASON, they just didnt want to handle me because i needed simple technical support and doesnt make them money, how ridiculous to send me to another store to waste my time and gas. AND WHILE I WAS AT HARDING ANOTHER CUSTOMER FROM 71st COMES IN WITH THE SAME SITUATION. WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE CHRIST IS GOING ON AT THAT STORE!!!!! AND 4.1 STAR REVIEWS DOES NOT MATCH THEM 1 STAR DOES, they even have back to back 5 star reviews that are obviously FAKE AND the REAL problems aren't getting fixed AT ALLL!!!
