Hi! I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write a review on Aurelio from T-Mobile! He IS AWESOME! He went OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty, with our phone transaction! Just wanted to write a note of appreciation to Carlos V, an employee at the Lincoln Road store. Going to cell phone providers for any issue has become a dreaded task (thanks in large part to the horrific customer service we have experienced at Verizon), so I was so grateful for Carlos' friendly, helpful demeanor and knowledgeable handling of our questions about our recent switch and device purchase. Thanks for the great customer service!

I wanted to say that I was welcome very well by your staff and Carlos was vwry helpful and understanding what I needed that day when I wanted to get the new iphone 15 pro. He demostrated excellent customer service in every way. I want to thank Giancarlo for his patience and time on helping me transfer my info from my iphone 13 to the new iphone 15 pro. He was very smart and quick to answer all my question and he was able to find my password on my phone. Which made the transfering from phones complete. Also i wanted to thank stephen he was very helpful and kind to me on getting me a new charger for my phone. Having these individuals in your company is what makes t-mobile number 1.

Amazing service , I had to go in with my daughter to get new phones and ended up doing 2 upgrades he helped me look for different phones and the person who helped me was Aurelio . Amazing customer service , helpful and transferred all the info to the new phones . Made everything so easy and explained in details everything with my account .

This review is about AURELIO the "Supervisor on the floor" (At least that is what he said). This guy was extremely RUDE and unwilling to assist. I had the worst experience today at this store. It is such a shame T-Mobile hire people that are so far away from what customer service should be. I really hope this review could get to a GM or DM and maybe this guy could get the proper training at the level of this company. I had to drive all the way to another T-Mobile store 45 min away from my area in the middle of the traffic at 6:30pm so I could get help.I went to the T-Mobile store located at Westland Mall and I was able to fix my issue in about 10 minutes. This guy AURELIO even told me " Well, I dont know what happened with you in a different store a few days ago and even refused to listen to me" Isn't it T-Mobile the same company everywhere? Anyways, I decided to leave this store, as I was about to leave I asked one of his coworkers at the entrance. Excuse me, who is your manager and she answered "Well, We have many and I am also the Manager Assistant, I know you are on the waiting list so You can wait for your turn" Obviously they all are about the same in that location.I'm just very disappointed and of course not coming back at all to this store even when is the one I live close by. I am considering canceling my service with this company! I wish there was something less than 1 start for this review.

The Service is really bad, for this guy. Sr. Jorge has a bad service to the customers. We feel terrible today with it. TMOBILE is a good brand however with this guy ……………..??????

I had one of the best customer service experiences at this location. I was greeted by Gian Carlo and took care of my phone exchange in no-time. I was pleasantly surprised by this 5 ? service. It was a plus that the store was top of the notch. Great work, T-mobile. Never lose your customer service treatment. It sets you apart from the rest.

Back story- we'l live in new york and to get anything done at. T-Mobile is a minimum hour and half visit (to transfer your stuff to a new phone is about three hours) Okay so now you have some context. My fiancé shattered his phone the night before our trip to Miami, so naturally we begin our search for a T-Mobile by our hotel to see if its possible to get him a new phone, guess what? 5 min ride from where we were staying. The start of this is already positive! We arrive at T-Mobile and immediately we're provided assistance and directed to a very lovely, helpful and kind representative. Giancarlo is the gentleman who helped us. Giancarlo was extremely personable, listened to our immediate need and didnt try to upsell us the world. He truly showed genuine interest in helping us. I would say within 30 mins my Fiancé received a new phone, (Giancarlo made sure to give him every alternative to protect his phone lol) and helped show him how to access the cloud for all his stuff from his previous phone. Giancarlo even gave us tips on where to eat and the most important part (for us being visitors) to be very careful at night when going out! This location by far is the best customer service! Thank you for a pleasant visit Giancarlo!

To keep it short, some of these people are not very bright and suffer from 3rd grade level English understanding of conjuction and punctuation. Nevertheless, I'm glad to be home where people understand how the word "and" works in a sentence. If you've been in retail for 8 years, prepare for 8 more. My advice to all of you working there. You never know who will come through that door that can help you more than you can ever help them. You are simply a cognitive function of a conglomerate and are completely forgettable and replaceable. Always look at how you treat people as a live résumé. Go above and beyond for others, and they may go above and beyond for you!
