Wanted to get information on upgrade options for my line but the salesperson was misguiding and negligent with the whole process. Said if I want a phone I had to wait for him to get back from brake.

Even though the store was empty the Manager was dismissive to my simple concerns , did not try to sell me, assistant seemed willing to help but played on supervisor lead. I know there is no employees right now but the manager is a bad seed or needs an extensive retraining on sales, manners, and store procedures. I have been an owner and as well as in sales for 25 years so I am as sympathetic as it possibly comes. Beautiful but empty store !

lo peor. me hicieron comprar un teléfono 5G y es la peor compra que hice. ellos no tienen buenas redes para este teléfono 5G y funciona muuuy mal. no les recomiendo porque no me solucionan el problema. dicen que tengo que comprarles otro teléfono de 4G y seguir pagando los dos. son unos descarados.

Just changed my phone company to T-mobile yesterday and the customer service in this store was incredible. Super helpful staff, explained everything i needed to know and more. They are so helpful and very professional they had and answer to any questions I had and when I had a problem with one of my phones that they never saw before they never stopped and say sorry we can't help you but they try there best to the help and call apple for me and they figure the problem out.
