Tried to go to the store at 8:40 PM and they were already closed. They should advertise 8:40 PM if it is closes at that time. So disappointing.

All the products are faulty and they accept returns. Customer service is horrible. They are si rude. Never shop here

Rainbow Shops on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach is a great place to go for cool clothing at a good value. They provide excellent customer service here.

Google and door sign stated open time was 11AM, when I called the manager stated 11:30AM open (as I watched her shuffle behind the cash register). I waited until open went and shopped. Great selections, terrible customer service. Went to checkout and cashier was still delayed in ringing, someone was sweeping at my feet at register and just no acknowledgment of disservice. Would not recommend.

Store times are posted saying open until 6pm on Sunday, but it was closed at 5:30pm. Horrible service and lazy staff.
