If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. I just walked in to see how much a new Samsung A14 would cost on a new activation. I was told $249, which is retail price and "other stuff". But on the tags, it states that with proper validation, the phone is free with first month and activation. I asked him to explain what the other stuff was and I couldn;t get a straight answer. He would not answer me period. I turned around and walked out. This is a shady store with even shadier employees. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for info about the new 5G Gateway and I received the worst experience ever with Tomas who attended me the second time I went there. Short story is they told me to call 611 because I wasn't eligible for the the 5G Home Internet service. I returned with customer service on the phone and handed Tomas my phone so he can speak to customer service. They told him that even if the system said that I wasn't eligible they could provide me with the Router because I had 30 days to return it just in case I could not use the service and Tomas said he couldn't provide it and got nervous I don't why then I told him can you please give my phone back, don't hang out the call and he did hung out because his name is Tomas. After I asked why he had hung out the call he said and I quote "because I can". That's definitely not profesional even when I told him to give me the phone because I wanted to keep the call to look for a solution and he started yelling at me. I hope no one else has to pass through such a bad experience. Be careful!!!!!! with Tomas he turns really aggressive. Really bad attitude. Shame on you ?.

Bad experience. If you bring your own phone they will tell you is not compatible, forcing you to by theirs. (I own an iPhone SE) I made the switch by calling Metro.

She is extremely rude person, I try to buy new phone she does not help anything, she said "check there I do not know what u want to buy" I asked to help but she just try to close the store early , store said 8pm but she hurry to close 7 pm even I am inside the store , when I check the phones I asked her are u gonna give the case free she said " no, go to another store they give" I asked the reason because I buy from another mpcs store they give even headphone and she answer extremly rude attitude " she took out my Sim from my old phone with out telling me before buy another phone I just try to decideif I upgrade or add new line she keep rushedme , I did not know, I left to store because she did not want to help for anything then at home I see she keept my Simcard with her! I go back the store and she gave my Sim back even did not give me any pin to open Sim card on my phone , she told "do ur self, I closed the store" And closed the door did not answer again...
