Came to the store at 3:15pm on a Sunday and there was a sign in the window that said "be back in 15min". It is now 3:30pm and still the door is locked and nobody is inside. It's no surprise that these types of stores are struggling and are getting killed by Amazon.

CORPORATE you need to STOP HARASSING CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR PERSONAL INFO!!! you could've scored $50+ but NO LOLthis is the same attitude from TWO DIFFERENT STATES! this time, the staff basically refused to sell because i refused to give my personal info... stupid!

I’m in shock we enter to the store and one old woman approached us with very bad attitude, she even dared to make “suggestions” about my boyfriend’s physical appearance ! She was very rude and she kind of criticized his body. I love GNC and always I buy my products here, but she does need to be fired.

I truly like gnc products but lately one of their employees there, a mid age woman, was totally inappropriate and with a very poor attitude, making very uncomfortable comments about my physic. It made me sick just to be there and i had to leave the store asap without buying a thing. Never coming to this place again.

Online, they close at 8 pm, IRL, they have a piece of paper in the door, written "we close at 7 pm" they are a joke.

My experience here was awfully disturbing. I visited 4/30/23 around 5:15 PM. The employee helping me with the pick up order questioned my identity numerous times when I provided the email receipt and identification. After I reiterated that I was in fact the person who placed the order and who was picking it up the employee proceed to say that she thought I was picking the order up for my boyfriend, which was very odd after I stated that I was the person a plethora of times. The employee seemed baffled that I was woman with a unisex name. Also, as the employee was handing me the 2 bags she asked me if I was sure I could carry the bags in a condescending way. Overall, I did not appreciate the hassle with the identification, the inappropriate comments, and unnecessary comments about my capability in carrying 2 bags.

I am a visitor from London UK to Miami. GNC products are excellent quality. A few days back I went in the Lincoln Mall branch in Miami. I was help by the store Manager - she was absolutely amazing.... what an unforgettable excellent customer experience. Thank to her I managed to gett all the products and right combination I needed. If you in the area...go and see this anazing lady!

Rude shop manager. Very irritable. Asked him a very simple question about pre-workout and he snapped at me. Poor customer service
