It's been over 2 hours when estimated 45-55 minutes. I called and asked the status and they rudely stated it was prepped just waiting to be baked. So my prepped Pizza has been sitting out for 2 hours? I tried to cancel as well but now they won't answer the phone. Do not recommend.

We ordered very late this evening a half roni and half pineapple large pizza. Called about how to order online, came in to pickup and the young lady working, Jonasia was awesome! So friendly, and for working so late and how busy they were, she and her coworker Jonny were happy to be there. And the pizza was delicious! Haven’t had dominos in years and this was better than expected.

Two hours for a Frankenstein pizza. Every time I order from here I regret it. Last intention is to be rude with my reviews however vice versa it’s extremely inconvenient and rude towards the paying customer’s .

Order was made wrong. Same thing happened last time we ordered from this location. Website says 25-35 mins. It took 90 mins. I tried to call to report that the pizza was not what we ordered and was on hold for over 20 mins before I gave up. Never again. Too many better options to put up with this.

Terrible. 51 mins after the order, I get a call that it will be one hour later because of only one driver. Starving & tired kids in the meanwhile…I could have been understanding and even picked up if they would let me know sooner. Better management needed.

Place an order to this location and one hour and half passed and nothing. I called the store and was on hold for 40 minutes and no one e e came to tye line. So I decided to drive to the location and pick up the order. The store manager Johnny Domenech told me that the order was voided. Even after I received an email confirming he was preparing the food. On top of that he refused to provide me the food or refund my money. Definitely reporting this location to corporate. BE WARNED. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THE PHONES ARE BROKEN AND, THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND NOT TELL YOU AND STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!! THE PLACE IS DIRTY. THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.

By far, the worst treatment I have ever received as a client. I made an order and was asked to pick up in 25 minutes. I went back in 30 minutes. The lady looked for my pizza and could not find it among the ready pizzas. I could tell my order got lost and was never prepared. Then the lady, in a very arrogant manner, without any explanation, told me to come back after another 15 minutes. I asked what happened and she shouted back “ because I am the only one making them, and every minute you stay here asking questions, you can add another minute to that waiting time.” I do sympathize that she was working alone on Christmas and seemed overwhelmed, but her arrogance and how she communicated to me put me off completely. No remorse at all for my wasted time. No apologies or even a kind word. I told her I was disappointed with the service and then she proceeded to tell me that I was trespassing, asked me to leave the premises and cancelled my order. My son was in tears after we left that place. By far the worst treatment ever.

Never got my order! Ordered online at 6:35 PM. The tracker said that Yaniro put it right in the oven. The tracker said that Yaniro was quality checking at 6:47 PM. I know it’s got a message via text that it left the restaurant at 7:13 PM – – I don’t know why it took 26 minutes. The tracker then showed the driver going in the other direction and said my pizza would be delivered at 7:38. I could see that the driver was nowhere near my location, but it’s 7:29 PM, I got a text stating my pizza had been delivered. I have now been on hold with the local franchise for 10 minutes, as they have not yet answered the phone. I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from this ridiculous restaurant because they clearly don’t worry about repeat business for the company.

I have to say that !! The service has changed so much!! Got a great sandwich!! And cinnamon twists!! And delivery was really quick! Thanks Johnny for making sure my order was great!! Happy to know!! Service is great now!

I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. I waited 5 minutes. No answer. These 1 star reviews are real. This breaks my soul down to its most cheeseless parts. Dominoes, (specifically this location) you have tallied another. I am horrified to ever walk passed this location again. BurgerFi and Norman's is pretty good tho.

They dont answer phonecalls for starters. Yesterday after waiting hours for my pizza my order was cancelled and i still have yet to receive an explanation. Today still no type of response at all. It says open for business buy apparently no one knoes how to communicate with paying custmers!

Don’t waste your money. If they actually get your order right it will be extremely undercooked. The first time I ordered here the cheese on my pizza wasn’t even melted. I have to put it in my oven to cook it. I tried again thinking this was just a fluke and ordered bread sticks with marinara and received a container with a 1cm thick layer of cheese and no marinara lol I tried to call the store to have it corrected and no one picked up.
