6.30 pm saturday 9 julyI called the store to ask why my orders were keep being canceled and the person who picked up the phone SCREAMED AT ME, would not let me say a word and hang up on me! Very rude! Im a longtime costumer and from now on I will order from the competition. She had no right to scream at me like that and threaten me.

Ngl, Ive read the countless bad reviews, but my recent experiences have been nothing but fantastic. I'm not sure if it's because I only do pickup or maybe the nighttime staff is nicer BUT the satff is very friendly and showed great chemistry working together. I just had to ask their names because the good service deserves to be recognized. Hopefully you get Kithia and Jose because they made my experience worthy of this review.

Workers were rude.Hanged up on us and tried to argue and pick fights.They blame you for the mistakeWe were waiting for an hour for the pizza.I recommend to not order from here.Buy pizza somewhere else.

It doesn’t take much to work there, yet they still manage to hire under qualified and disrespectful people.I’ve been going there for the past 5 years because it’s near my house and I’ve never had major problems with anything or anyone. But things have gone downhill in the past month. They hired a black lady with dreads and a limp(not sure her name hence the way I’m describing her) who’s extremely rude, unaware of her surroundings and even one time she brought her 5ish year old son to the store while she was working. The kid handed me my order… I don’t have a problem with her bringing her son to work, but it’s a FOOD establishment with hygiene standards. I wasn’t only one time I saw the employees bring theirs kids in. Another girl with a face tattoo brought her baby in… is there no management or an owner?Today they yelled at my mother because THEY messed up the order by giving it to the wrong person. My mom asked them what was taking so long cuz she’s been waiting for 30 min. They told her to wait mor with no explanation and then my mom ask for some context and they became hostile(specially the girl with the face tattoo and the old lady with the limp) and told my mom to wait and they aggressively asked my mom “DO YOU WANT IT OR NO?!?”…I sent a complaint to the state consumer protection offices so this doesn’t happen to anybody anymore.

Got the pizza delivered after 2 hours. Soggy, cold and not in a state to be eaten. Delivery driver marked the order delivered without actually delivering the pizza. Called up the restaurant 5 times to get an update on my order.Thrashed the pizza as it was smelling and called up the store for a refund. The store manager & employee were rude to ask for the stale pizza back to process the refund. When I explained the store manager that I have thrashed the pizza, she asked me to collect it from the thrash and that she’ll be able to refund ONLY if all the slices were found. HOW RIDICULOUS CAN ONE BE? Extremely rude and I’ll be reporting this issue to Dominos corporate.

Beware when ordering from this location. They try to game the ordering and delivery system by falsely saying your food is on the way. We ordered and it said our driver was approaching. We waited outside our hotel for 15 min - this was after an already late wait of over 1.5 hours. No one showed up. We called the shop who said the driver made a mistake and they tried to blame Google maps. They refused to refund and said driver is now on the way. Another hour goes by and no one shows up. Had to dispute charge with our credit card. I have never seen a dominos run so wrecklessly and with poor customer care. Was honestly shocking.

Manager is a thief. my order was $40.48, I gave $50 and and asked for $5 back (leaving a 10% tip). Driver told me he doesn't have any change, and then mentioned his daughter. I asked him to go get change and he said no but I can go to the store to get the change. I called to let the store know what happened, a few minutes later I had a woman call me back upset that i complained, and telling me that the driver was actually a day manager and tried making it sound like it was my fault that he didn't have change. I manage a restaurant, so I'm more than happy to tip, but charging me a delivery fee and then expecting a 25% tip is ridiculous,

Ordered my pizza at 7:26pm and received an email that said 304-44 minutes for delivery. I called at 8:15pm and waited on hold for 12 minutes. Was told my order was in "prep" and had not been in the oven due to driver not showing up. Do not rely on Domino's delivery. I have a house full of guests waiting for pizza and now I have to start over and order from someone else. This is poor business practices. Cancelled my order and will take my business somewhere else. Want to support local business, but they could at least contact us or say while ordering online that they could not deliver. I have waisted an hour of my life entertaining friends at a party. I hope I get my credit back from Domino's.

I ordered two days in a row from this location. First day, I was handed the wrong order… pizza had the wrong crust, wrong size. Second day, it was missing a topping ask asked and paid for extra…. 2/2 failure to deliver order pizza is pretty bad……

If you like great, greasy pizza AND spending two hours of your life anticipating food only to finish a movie and receive a call from the store saying they're "hours" behind, then Jefferson Ave Dominos is for you! Talk about that customer service! No explanation except that the system "crashed" and a terse "what would you like to do?" No apologies, no offers. The representative was semi-knowledgeable on the return of my points (how I paid for the pizza).In all seriousness... I worked food services for years. I understand those nights when everything goes wrong--there is no staff, there is no food, systems are down, trucks are late, people are in the lobby threatening you. It's a hard job. But this location doesn't care about you or your order or the money (or points!) you spent.Do yourself a favor and order from a local joint. My food is on the way now--only took 25 minutes.(Small shout out to Kyle, the Domino's delivery guy who--though late last time--is always very kind and hard working.)

Ordered online for delivery. Website accepted order then store manager cancelled order. We called to find out and waited on hold for 10 minutes only to be told by someone with barely any English that there is no delivery. We called all other stores and they won't deliver because it isn't their jurisdiction. Basically, a national pizza chain won't deliver to us and we think it is because our hotel street is busy and they don't want to bother with it.

They made the situation below right! They refunded the order, made us a fresh pizza, gave us our pizza after the driver got back, and gave us a free two liter.They are severely understaffed due to COVID, they are having trouble getting people to work just like many of the fast food and retail places.Ordered online, app showed delivering in 7 min, then immediately showed delivered. No one brought the pizza. I sat on hold and called for over 39 minutes. Finally ubered to the store because dominos app has no option for “the pizza wasn’t delivered” and no one at the store would answer the phone (for over 45 min) by the time I got there.

Terrible experience ordering pizza and even worse customer service at this store location in Miami, at Jefferson Street . I ordered a pizza today 1/6/22 and after 1 hour received an email saying the order was cancelled with no explanation. I paid in advance via Apple Pay, and now the location does not answer the phone, being trying for over 40 minutes ... Domino's customer service also does not respond...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Rated as one star as zero or negative is not possible. One of the worst domino's locations to come across. Employees there couldn't care less for customers. FIRST RED FLAG, NO GLOVES! Both the employees wore gloves while handling food. The lady with braids appeared to hate the fact that we walked in and placed an order. For payment, she said the terminal wasn't working and she had to manually enter the card number. She entered one detail wrong and the transaction didn't go through, when I pointed out the mistake she snapped back. Another customer came in and just used another terminal to pay with card while all this was happening. The order was horribly done, sauces were out of proportion and lot of it was charred. I can understand a bad day of service but this was intentional and from other reviews a habit. Dominos PAY ATTENTION!

My order was @1.27pm, Driver left the store at 1.39 pm is 2.11pm and the pizza has not been delivered. (google 8 mint. away from store) now said EAT 2.30 pm. When I did the order said only 21 minutes, but is more than an hour. I called the store wait more that 30 minutes and they never answer the phone.
