I had been a customer for over 6 years at this bank. At the beginning of the pandemic I wrote a check to one of my contractors and they accidently cashed it for a thousand dollars more than the check was written for! When I found the mistake they told me six months had passed and they would not help me recover the funds. Needless to say I closed my account and switched banks.
