Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century. Online banking with them is garbage. Employees are clueless. I have had my last straw with them and finally decided to leave. There is no purpose in banking with them, if you're looking for a small bank, go to a credit union. If you have an issue outside of working hours which is on the weekends and past 5 PM on weekdays, you were basically screwed. They are constantly blocking your transactions with no reasoning behind it.

ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IN THE NATION, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have 4 small business accounts and will be moving all of them this month as they are incredibly difficult to work with, ask for nonsense, have HORRENDOUS in branch customer service and are an overall joke. We will be reviewing for every account but if I can save 1 customer from this horrible company, I'm happy to save you the headaches.

I m a former customer.The mortgage customer service is horrible,Very bad trained and sometimes also rude..It had to send a documrnt many times until today no one explained to me what exactly they needed and try to help.VERY UPSET .

Our condominium has an account at the Miami Beach City National Bank of Florida located on 41st Street. They provided an excellent customer service experience in their clean, modern facility. Iveth, one of the tellers, was friendly, helpful and efficient in processing our somewhat cumbersome deposit. She made what could have been a difficult process, a breeze.

Excellent parking.A cool calming atmosphere as soon as you open the front door.Very rarely a line.Pleasant attitudes from all the staff.I've been using this bank for close on 20 years and I love itand the staff.

I have (had) a small business account at this bank. Earlier this year I had written a check to a contractor. They mistakenly cashed the check I wrote for a thousand dollars more than it was written for. When I realized the error and called them... they said that because six months had passed there was nothing they could do. Check was written very clearly. They even admitted it was their error.

this review is for the ATM. Takes forever to do a transaction, i almost got robbed waiting. Also, you cant make a deposit of more than 1 check and also, you have to put your pin many times. The worst atm ever.

I'm grateful they have a drive-thru option available around the clock in a highly visited area without any hassles. They're not open on the weekends but they do offer parking for your branch visits which is rare in South Beach. The ATM requires you to get off your car but it's certainly not the worst situation at all in any way. The other branch thats nearest here is by 41st Street so I don't take this location for granted. This is a local bank which means you get personalized services based on your banking needs. In other words, no need to pull a "Karen" because you receive the service you sign up for and always have an associate to assist you with your needs. Sometimes the app has glitches but a phone call here resolves most of your obstacles. They're always ready to help which makes this branch such a great addition to the CNB base here in Miami. Just look for the multi-colored hourglass logo heading eastbound on 5th street and you'll find this location within a heartbeat.
