Very bad work, mainly by the character Julian Serna who is capable of treating clients with very rudeness and airs of greatness.After more than 15 years with this entity, thank this guy for leaving the Bank to another entity in May. .

Took 30 mins in the drive thru and when I called inside the button apparently wasnt even working, and when i called the phone from the branch they didnt even bother to pick up the phone. Bad customer service by far.
