Worst experience shopping I've ever had , employee's are extremely rude they act like they don't want to help you and then you get to the register and they have the slowest people running them and then you have employees snitching on each other like they where in kindergarten. I will never shop there again and will steer people away from there. Horrible experience

Place always looks like a tornado went thru the store and mixed everything up. Is messy and dirty and as most people say rude customer service people. Look at the pictures the stores not open when they were taken ,no one’s in the pictures and everything is straight. That’s not how you will find the MI Ross store.If you stand out front of it for a picture you will get run over in that busy parking lot . Clearly these pictures are staged if you have ever been there you would know that. Place is always a big mess . Good luck finding a pair of shoes,plenty of singles all over the place

The manager is very rude and unprofessional, seems like she can’t stand her job and may need to find one she can handle. “When I started to ask her if there was anyone else to help us?” I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she gave me her death stare & rudely interrupted me to said “NO!! someone will be there to help when they’re finished.” I hope she has the day she deserves.

I fell and hurt my back the first week of working here in November of 2021. The manager that has been here at this Merritt Island store for 10 years watched it happen. Even helped me off of the ground. I tripped over a box on the ground at the front end as I was showing jewelry to a customer. She asked if I was ok but did not ask if I wanted to make an accident report (which is against the law). I just got the job and didn’t want to make a big deal about it so I just left it alone. I did every thing from lifting in the stockroom to closing the store every night, not missing any days, helping coworkers, doing my job at this very busy place. Not enough cashiers. Cashier wasn’t even my job but was something I had to do. I didn’t even get to do my real job because of constantly being called up to the front to assist. When you have 25 people in line and 2 cashiers, a mistake could happen. I was told repeatedly that they were hiring more people but no one stayed. I really liked my job even though it was very hard. I started to get pains in my back, my neck my legs and feet. Started going to the doctor in June 2023. Was let go a month later. To begin with, I made a mistake on the register one time in 2022. I button I didn’t press for a discount. Was told it would fall off my record. A year later I made another mistake. I thought the guy took his receipt because the sound of the register makes when it gets approved. I should of looked at the screen to make sure but I relied on the sound. It was VERY busy. Simple mistake. It happens. Come to find out the guy didn’t take his receipt and it ended up making my drawer short. I always gave the receipt to the customer but on this particular day it was hectic. I would of paid for it if I was allowed just to keep my job but the manager didn’t make a big deal about it. She didn’t say I was being let go for it. I went on a vacation that I put in (before that happened) for 2 weeks. As she was walking me back to the office, like it’s just another day, she asked me how my vacation went! I was unaware what was about to happen. After she told me, I felt disrespected as a manager to be treated this way. I’m a very great person. I made a mistake on the register. People even managers make mistakes. For all of the hard work and dedication I had for this place, I was let go. I now struggle to live with the pain that I went through working here. I struggle to pay my bills. She let me go before I could get better. She knew I was having problems and I believe that is why I was let go. Can not prove it unless you look on the camera back in November 2021, when I first fell. Managers should be respected more than the way she treated me. She acted like I was a stranger after talking to her everyday for almost 2 years. . I tried to save my job but no more chances! You are nothing but a number here. Whatever you do, don’t start going to the doctor, you will be let go. They let people steal here, walk right out of the store but will make honest, hard working people lose their job over a simple mistake on a register. It’s crazy!!!
