Excellent selection of tools and electronics. Had some trouble with something i bought here, and staff was very quick and polite to get it exchanged. My go to place for tools now.

I tried calling twice & they did not pick up the phone to ask about an item . Once I got there it was horrible customer service & laughing with no professionalism

Brought in some DVDs and blu-rays to sell. Give a fair price for the Blu rays and the collections of DVDs. Had enough inventory of regular DVDs did not buy. Tim was very nice and pleasant.

My first customer svc experience was good. I'm always shopping for a decent deal. I brought a piece of jewelry to be repaired. It broke 2 more times. Took it to another jeweler and haven't had an issue since. Bought a few guns, seamless. Went to trade a gun and it all went downhill. Maybe dude had a bad day, it happens. I will say because you deal with seedier clients doesn't mean ALL clients are the same. One of the reasons I left law enforcement was because you become too polarized and lose your objectivity. I Can say this seems to be endemic with a few older pawn shops, where I've seen a few instances of customers not being treated with dignity and respect like they should.

I would like to start out by saying visit this business. I have been to other pawn shops and act like you are going to steal something.I never have this problem here.I have bought numbers of pieces of jewelry here.The staff is awesome and helpful with making your decision on the right piece you want.Go by and support them.

I live in Merritt Island for long time, last week I was there ( my first time) I bought a pearl necklace. It's doesn't fit my earrings.Yesterday afternoon I went the store to exchange the necklace to a bracelet, which is very delicate and very reasonably priced. All the people in the store were very friendly, a young gentleman named John was very attentive and gave me a bottle of water in case I was thirsty.Very sweet of him. Also he told me that they can change your watch battery with very good price. I'm so glad to know that。

How's my go-to FFL I cannot say enough good things about this location or it's staff. I have had a number of firearm shipped here and have found them more than prepared to accommodate my travel schedule and not charge me to keep my purchase on the shelf.They are extremely helpful in guiding you on the completion of the necessary forms and keeping you updated during the wait process while your forms are verified.Beyond the basics, the staff here always willing to take the extra time and talk to you about what interests you in their store. Their product selection is changing all the time so regular visits are highly advised if you're looking for something specific or just enjoy a good browsing opportunity. I will continue to do my shopping there particularly as it pertains to firearms when delivery is required. Regarding their firearms for sale I have found their pricing to be extremely competitive and have made my own personal purchases from this store.

The guys at Goldmine go above and beyond! I was in a tight spot, the item having been brought in not having enough value. Tim and his worker decided to personally loan me to help me out. I am a regular, but I see them treat all their customers with a genuine care and concern. Best pawnshop in Brevard county!

I went in to pawn a laptop with them and they would not take it. The main reason was that the charger was not original and was made using parts from 2 other chargers. The employee stated that he could not take it since it was not professionally done. Well I take offense to this. I happen to be a retired Operations Specialist Senior Chief (E-8) and a couple of the things I was taught was how to splice and solder, and how to use shrink wrap. The charger looked like factory with only the orange head showing. So I take great offense to when he said it wasn't professionally done. I highly doubt that there is a school anywhere in the world that has the reputation that Navy "C" school has. And having been to China to watch the computers together there that I can say without reservation that the Chinese soldering the chargers together there do not have the experience or professionalism that a graduate of a Navy "C" school has. On top of that I own a computer repair company! How much more professional do you want?Other than that? I love the shop. They always have the best items around, with great staff.

Always friendly and polite, been going here for like 7 or 8yrs, the only pawn shop I'll go too.. Love the workers.. always makes me smile or laugh when I'm in there, Always TRY to help you the best they can..
