I have been a customer of Zale's for awhile i have purchased several rings, chains, pendants over the years birthday, anniversary etc. Today i just left the store not feeling good with the transaction. There is a Spanish girl long blonde hair, I don't remember her name but she sold me many items over the years to day I brought in my wedding ring (I up graded my ring) And also purchased a set for my wife pendant, ring, earrings as a set. This was about six months ago. Today I wanted to resize my ring and the necklace chain broke. I have the warranty on both. (paid extra) when I purchased these. Today she has no idea who I am just walked away when she realized it was a repair not a sale when I go into the store to purchase something she is following me around to push the sale. The manager waited on me fixing the chain no charge. My ring she said only covers the diamonds not the repair (this isn't what I was told at the original sale) then i said the blonde sold both of these to me she doesn't remember and makes the comment that I should buy more that way she will remember me. Once i get these back she won't be have to remember me because I will no longer do business with Zale's. Customer service was a joke, I might not be their biggest customer but have bought thousands in their store over the years. But the way I was treated today was not good i felt I was lied to and deceived and talked down to by the blonde Spanish girl.

If you want to get raped anally, shop here. My partner bought me a piece from here, and paid cash. When he wound up in the hospital a week later, I tried to return it to help pay for his hospital bills. They would not refund me the cash even though I had a receipt. They said they could only give me a gift card if I didn't want to exchange for something else. That sounds like a scam to me. I accepted the gift card and found something on the website. I ordered using the gift card, but after I placed the order, I noticed that the price didn't reflect the sale price. I redid the order and that time the sale applied. I contacted Zales customer service and notified them of the issue. They said that they would cancel the first order so that I get the second order with the sale price. Several days later, they tell me that the issue has been resolved, but I saw that they canceled the second order instead of the first one. I told them what they did, and they refused to fix the problem. Instead of getting the sale price, I paid full price for a piece that I really didn't even want or need. I should have been refunded the money to start with. But instead, an already rich company was too worried about filling their pockets. No wonder the store stands empty on a holiday weekend.

Bought a ring and had it sized by them. Wasn't there when they said it would be. Wait two more days and get message to come get the ring.. lady tried to tell me to come back later. Told her no I'll take it now . They didn't real bad job as there is a noticeable crack in the joint where they sized it and a dark spot along the joint. The woman was extremely rude and they lie alot. Not great traits for jewelers.

My son and daughter in law bought me a mothers right last year. I had the ring 4 days and one of the stones fell out. Apparently there was a broken prong. The ring (2 pieces) was purchased online and mailed to me directly from the Zales.com website. I immediately called the 800 number so they were aware of the very unfortunate situation. I was first told that the ring was under a one year warranty and that they would send a shipping label so I could send it back and get a full replacement. Keep in mind, Covid is going strong right now. I waited and waited and finally called them back. I was then told they had no record of me calling. I couldn't take it to a brick and mortar store because of Covid, so I was in limbo. I was finally able to take it to the local Zales jewelry in the mall. Not only would they not back their merchandise, they sent me somewhere else to fix it. It was only $20 to get it done but that's truly not the point. I feel that if a Stone fell out that soon, they should've replaced it. I was really looking for a new jewelry as mine changed hands. Needless to say, Zales lost what could have been a great customer over $20. All they had to do is stand behind their products and do the right thing!!

I took four watches in to have the batteries replaced. I was told by the gentleman that because I brought four watches in two would be for $10 and two would be for $12 and they would be ready in 20 minutes. When I came back he charged me double. When I brought this to his attention he pointed to a sign, To which I replied but you said because I brought for watches etc. etc. I paid the $47.08 for four watch batteries and suggested he may want to rephrase how he says things to clients as I believe I paid double by what he had said to me when I dropped them off. While he took me for $47.08 this time he won’t take me for anything again because I will not use him again.

Don’t buy any jewelry from this store. I bought a “gold diamond ring” on 12-22-19. The ring supposedly had six real diamonds in the inside when I got it tested at Zales I found out that the diamonds on the ring where fake. The Store manager lied to me.
