My elderly mother has been a customer with VyStar for decades and has numerous accounts. I was attempting to get her 2023 taxes complete and could not locate documents from VyStar. I went to the VyStar branch in Green Cove Springs and was met at the front door by Pamela. I explained my dilemna and explained my mother was outside in the parking lot but would be a effort to get her inside. Pamela and Maria understood the situation and were able to take get the documents I needed to complete the my mother's taxes. I cannot THANK these ladies enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed to my mother and myself. I know they went way out of their wheelhouse to assist my mom and me. Very impressed with VyStar staff, especially Pamela and Maria. I hope I can return the kindness someday.Thank YouKenneth H. Maxwell

Vystar in Melbourne on Wickham Road is a new branch and the banking staff there is the best! Phil Noel helped us with a new debit card for my granddaughter. He did a fabulous job of fixing an issue and was the most courteous and knowledgeable gentleman. I am glad we have Vystar close by us!

Terrible bank to do business with. I was trying to make principal payments, Advising them I was doing principal payments and it was just going directly to interest. Very hard to get a hold of customer service. Go with a different bank. Trust me.

So helpful, they sat down with me and helped set my account on my phone. Also came out to my car with an umbrella in the pouring rain. I’m changing from SCCU to Vystar!

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience at the Vystar Credit Union on Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida. The staff was so professional. The building was brand new and looked like a place you would trust doing your financial transactions in. Ms. Nancy Mendez and Ivelis were both extremely helpful in setting up my accounts. Nancy even helped me to set up my online account. They took great care of me as a new member. Thank you everyone!

Wish I could give a 6 star rating, as this branch has the best customer service of any bank/credit union in Brevard county.On my most recent visit, Nancy went above and beyond to provide help with my financial needs. She is a great representative of Vystar and I highly recommend Vystar to others.

I have been a Vystar customer for 7 years and they have treated me wonderfully, helping me get my credit started and advising me on making informed financial decisions. This branch is new but the staff uphold the quality that I am accustomed too. Nancy was very kind and helpful, during the short time I was there making a deposit we discussed my current life situation and short/long term goals. She gave me sound advise and let me know of what I could do to get more information and who else at the location could work with me to make my plans work. As always I'm happy to be a Vystar customer and am so happy that a branch has opened up down here!
