Not a very good job or material. We have had our enclosure for 1 year and the equipment on both doors already doesn’t work. There are holes where they miss aligned the door and had to replace the hinges. 2 of the screens aren’t tight and are coming out. They didn’t caulk the gutter properly, so water goes down my facia. I called to have them come fix the leaking gutter and they said we are out of warranty by a few days. They wouldn’t even come look at it without changing me. Really poor workmanship and customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The railing they put up by our pool is great! Feels much safer to have the kids and pets out by the pool.

I just want to Thank You to the entire staff from Tripod Aluminum Inc. for the excellent job they did on my new patio extension Lanai. Finally I got yesterday the final inspection from West Melbourne building Department . It’s been approved. Thank you to Nicolle for always answered any questions or concerns. You’re a very nice girl. Keep up a great customer service ?. Thank you to Javier & Carlos for the awesome job pouring the new concrete floor. Thank you to Roger Hopwood & Eliam Sanchez for the awesome job you guys did on the Metal roof top- gutters installation. Also re-screen the entire florida room and replaced all the vinyl screen as well. I’m super happy that I have a place to relax and enjoy it . Thank you again for everything ?I truly appreciate it ?

If you are looking for quality workmanship for your screen room needs then Tripod Aluminum is your answer! They took down my old pool cage and put up a brand new one. They were fast, thorough and most importantly the work they did was excellent. I enjoyed working with this company!

Called and made an appointment. Arranged my day accordingly. Took off from work.Waited and waited. No one showed up. Received no call from anyone to explain why an estimator was not on scene. NOTHING!how inconsiderate of them and downright rude. To think I was going to give them my money and refer them out to my neighbors.NEXT !

It's taking me a while to write this review but our service was exceptional. The quality of work done here is incredible. While, just like everyone else, we had to wait two or three months for it to get installed, we have never been happier. We feel like it's sturdy and it looks amazing!

I just want to commend the two guys rescreened my pool and replaced every visible screw in my tripod provided full screen, which was originally installed in 2006JC Collins and Kevin Grenier did a fabulous job, and went above and beyond, and every turn …They must be the A-Team of Tripod Aluminum!!

I am only able to judge from the 2 workers I had to do my work. Eliam and Roger worked constantly till they took a quick lunch break. Then back to work until my patio was complete. In and out in one days time.Service: Custom fabrication

We recently had a patio and screen enclosure built by Tripod. We received quotes from about 5 providers and found their pricing to be competitive without sacrificing quality. The front office was professional and patiently answered our questions and kept us up to date with scheduling. Because we had a patio installed, our package included construction by their business partner and we pleased with the quality of construction and professional workmanship of the stone paver patio. In addition we had a number of customizations including the install of reinforced concrete and electric for a hot tub, underground stereo wiring, and an outdoor shower. The entire team was accommodating to allow for my electrician and my own customizations. The end results were amazing!Service: Custom fabrication

Had a screen room installed and it did not pass inspection. After final payment I asked if I could remove the paperwork and was told "not yet", they apparently forget to schedule the final inspection. Two day later the inspector came and the screen room failed. I have been trying to find out status but all I get is a run around. Not sure is my screen room is safe.Service: Custom fabrication

I contracted Tripod Aluminum to screen in our front porch and install double doors. Even though it took time for all components to arrive, when they did the final install, they did an excellent job. The team they sent was great. The two worked very well together. They were efficient and meticulous. They cleaned up everything afterward. Thank you, Tripod Aluminum.

TRIPOD did a screened patio enclosure with doggie door in June 2015. The job looked great. It still does...BUT....one panel has a tear at the bottom near the floor. We have so many lizards that get in, in sometimes looks like a mini Jurassic Park. I called there on 10/1/2020 to ask if they could send someone to put in a new panel. I know there would be a cost, and that is no problem. I was told by a woman who answered the phone that they are way behind and busy, Don't get me wrong, I get it. This is now 4 MONTHS LATER. The phone call to come fix the panel NEVER came. My wife and I were in the retail business up north for over 30 years. When there was a problem...it was taken care of. Obviously TRIPOD does not feel that way. My personal opinion...If you want repair work done AFTER installation, for any reason... If you feel safer having a company that will come out and do a repair, then THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU,
