I bought a used refrigerator. I was told it was in good working order. I waited for 3 hours as instructed to plug in the unit. The refrigerator never achieved the desired 37 degrees . I returned the unit and was told they would check it out. 24 hours later I was assured it was working properly. Again I put the fridge in my home. After 3 DAYS, the fridge was still at 44 degrees. Needless to say the manager, who said he had 34 years experience, gave me false information. After purchasing a new unit from a competitor, within 4 hours it was down to temperature. Very disappointed!

Bobby was an exceptional salesman, very knowledgeable of the products and his professionalism. I came for a refrigerator from hurricane damage and came back the next day for a washer and further called today for the microwave as well. I recommend this company and it's employees.

Please let me share. I am a renter. Went through the real estate company, but if it was my house, I would use this company in the future.
Topline kept me up to date with the delivery and when the delivery was within 15 minutes.
The 2 gentlemen who did the install were fantastic. Very professional, personable and treated my house with respect. The removal and installation of my refrigerator was seamless.
Please don't pay attention to any negative reviews. It is my experience, that only people who have a negative experience post comments.
This company is great.

I was remote out of state wanting to purchase a washer and dryer with good parts and labor warranties for a friend in Florida. Ossie was my salesperson. He was so kind and patient and professional and never rushed me as I reviewed his suggestions. He also helped me get the exact delivery date my friend wanted. I asked Ossie to tell his Mom that she had raised a great son. Every person I spoke with in my calls to the Melbourne store were wonderful. Best experience helping me to help another

I needed a dishwasher STAT! I use for dishes and for my disabled husbands medical equipment. Extraordinary service and pricing! Jim was able to help me so there was only 3.5 hours from purchase to completed installation. The dishwasher that I wanted was in stock. There just happened to be a cancellation for an installation so I was offered same day installation! Very good experience at the appliance store and installer was very professional and was happy to explain everything to me. Installer cleaned up and I couldn't tell he was ever there! Within minutes I was able to sanitize my husband's medical equipment. Topline was top of the line in sales and service. They can't be beat, box stores can't even come close. Topline offers military discount on most appliances. Big box stores no longer gives a discount for military on appliances. Every appliance in my home comes from Topline! Thank you so very much!

Very nice and efficient place to buy an appliance or a mattress. They had the refrigerator model we liked. The price was competitive and the delivery fee included taking our old refrigerator away. We certainly will go to Topline next time we need an appliance.

The delivery guys Rob and Lee were right on time and there was no damage to my dryer and they were very friendly. Sales guys at the counter were friendly and helpful with financing.
