It is nice to be able to walk into an actual brick and mortar store and try on shoes with the help of expert sale people. They sell all of the best brands and I know I am getting exactly the shoe that I need and a perfect fit.

I got fitted for a nice pair of altra shoes, but they unfortunately developed a hole in less than three months. Logan, Betsy, and Dak were wonderful to work with, as they allowed me to bring in the shoes to swap them for a replacement. Their great service and selection is why we continue to go to runningzone for our shoes.

My doctor recommended this place. I went in it was clean bright open a Unique shoe store. I was greeted by Allison. Who Took me over to this cool machine were they measured my feet. So she could find the perfect fit. After going over different shoes , explaing to me which ones work well with my Plantar Fascitus and weak ancle. She goes and gets me a few to try on different brands and styles. I tried on a A few Some fit me Well. One of the shoes Allison brought out hit me in every which way. I was looking for that I haven't been able to find In any other store. The perfect fit She asked me if I wanted to wear them out so I did. I walked out happy.My feet walked happily and I will definitely Be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Allison and Running zone.

Tennis are ok, expensive but ok. They don't offer much cosmetic variety, just the traditional tennis

If you want knowledgeable and patient staff and help getting a great pair of running or tennis shoes that fit right for whatever reason this is the place for you. The staff is super helpful and they even offer a 21 day bring it back and get a different shoe policy if for some reason they end up not working for you. Forget going to a big box or mall store with no attention to the customer and have a better experience and go to Running Zone.

What a great store!! Bought a pair of walking shoes and after a few walks they didn't feel right. Took them back and got a different pair with no questions asked. Staff was extremely polite ad helpful. Definitely won me as a customer for life!!

Great service where you will be fitted and suggestions made based on your needs. They will spend as much time as needed to get a propper fit. You also will find brands (Asics, Saucony, Brooks, and others) and models of shoes you likely will not find at your typical retail mall store. I just wish the prices were lower or you got a discount if buying more than one pair. The bean bag toss for a discount was OK, but if you miss, as we did, you get nothing.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Kudos too Jolene who took the time to address my feet issues and helped guide me into a pair of shoes that I LOVE. I now am looking forward to going on my walk in my new cushioned shoes. My feet and I are so grateful!!!!

Great store for running, people are super nice and awesome selection. I live a good hour away and come here when I am in town and for packet pick-ups. The friendliness of the staff and captain's log for the big Space Coast marathon are pit of this world. Lol. .

I assumed after waiting a while in line (busy) and explaining I was 8wk post op foot surgery and am allowed to start walking again, but my foot swells, that they would help recommend something. No. Asked what size I am and said "not sure I usually buy a 6 because there's never anything smaller in stores and before surgery my foot was wider". No offer to measure to see what exact size I am, and no discussion of types of shoes to try. Just "which ones do you like". I tried on 2, the 3rd pair they didnt have in my size. They weren't wide enough to get my foot in and he asked if I needed anything else today, instead of trying to find a wider option. Not much variety and no customer service to try and get me into a shoe.

A nice running store. It has a lot of options for shoes and running gear. However, they didn't have the typical gels and nutrition that I prefer to use. They also organize a lot of the local races.

Had a great experience. Just walked in to browse, but within a few minutes, Maggie took the time to quickly assess my gait and arch and made a few recommendations. They didn't have the exact size I needed, but she ordered some ASICS in dolphin blue, and when they come on, I will probably buy them, but there is no obligation. You get great service here, and I get a 10% military discount, which I appreciate. Highly recommend for serious runners or for those who just want a great fitting abs very functional high quality running shoe.

First time to this store after recommendation from my provider to try some different shoes. I was greeted and helped by Gabby. We talked a little and then she came out with an arm load of different shoes. She helped me find just the right pair. She listened well and was polite she seemed knowledgeable about the shoes I chose. Thank you Gabby and I will return to this store the next time I need new sneakers.

Always helpful with good inventory!! I always buy running shoes here. Bought a pair online one time from a huge online website and am pretty sure they were counterfeit. Shop local!!

Support your local business. This Little Red store is great. Not knowing how to run in the hot weather, staff was friendly. Able to give me great advice on to try some things out in the humidity. Although they didn't have everything I thought I was looking for, they had some great alternatives.
