Will never go to this location again. I was discriminated against & lied to by the person taking my sample. She had me take the urine test, sign the paper work & then when I was about to leave tried to say my place of employment wanted a second urine sample within 10 minutes of the 1st one. When I told her it wasn’t possible for me to wait another 3 hrs (AFTER HOURS)for a second test, she told me she’d tell my job i refused to do the test & was very nasty to me. I called my place of employment & they said they never requested 2. Lady needs to be fired.

Making an appt is the easiest and fastest way to get your labs tests done at Quest. The phlebotomist was polite and efficient.

Great experience here today! I had the pleasure of allowing Steven in room 7 to draw my labs today and he was absolutely superior!! He was friendly and professional, kind and took the time to explain what he was doing. He got the vein the first time and held a very steady hand. I was thoroughly impressed!
Ask for Steven ? he's great!!!

This facility is very clean and well taken care of. The Staff are very patient, caring and highly skilled at what they do. My phlebotomist was Jasmine, and she was really incredible - a true professional! Painless and a smooth technique, great job and thank you! And thank you to all the staff at this location - for being there ready to go at 6am - helping all of us get a jump start on our day! We really appreciate you very much.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Not only did I face discrimination by employee Marie, but I also overheard several employees making light of the situation. I strongly recommend finding another company. Quest has significantly declined in quality.
The staff here touch multiple surfaces before attempting to draw blood, which raises serious sanitation concerns. Additionally, the employees display an unprofessional attitude, acting as though they are above accountability. Attempting to resolve issues through the provided contact number is frustrating, as the automated system is unhelpful, and speaking to a live representative often results in being abruptly disconnected.
I managed to file a complaint through Nikki, though I'm unsure if I'll receive any follow-up. I am considering exploring all available legal remedies due to this experience.

This was my first time going to this particular Quest Diagnostics and it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely continue to go to this location.

This place was top notch. Had a really bad experience at the Palm Bay location taking over a hour and a half to be seen after my scheduled appointment. I was in and out 10 minutes after my appointment time. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend going to this location if you live in the area.

Absolutely disgusted with quest
The people who work at this location
Are stupid lost my blood work says they have no record of me being there at least that's what they tell my doctors office
Apparently my blood work just what..disappeared
But blaming on a computer problem
Even though they filling out paperwork
Right there while I was waiting
To have blood drawn
Of course when you see the people working
There you will understand they aren't very bright

The Quest Diagnostics facility and personnel at the Babcock street location is top notch! Scheduling online was quick and easy, the office is centrally located in Melbourne, easy parking, low wait time, fantastic personnel, highly skilled phlebotomist and all in all, a great experience. Now let's see what my labs finally say! <grin>
