Todd has handled several moves for us and each time his expertise at quoting, and inventory would be difficult for anyone to match. Todd's careful attention to detail makes him one of Shoreview/Bayshore's most valuable assets. Todd is knowledgeable about his company’s procedures, and able to answer questions immediately. If you are fortunate to have Todd as your consultant, he will immediately get on the phone to his company’s Operations Manager to help resolve any scheduling issue (if they exist) and obtain answers to questions that are not within his area of duty to answer. Karin Tiedeman, the moving coordinator, is superior. Karin makes it seem as though the customer's move is as important to her as if it were her own personal move. No question was considered by Karin to be too large or too small, and if we had a concern, her response was swift, cheerful, encouraging, and on point. Our move was a very complicated result of downsizing, with goods and furniture going to 4 different places – two in-state (to a storage facility first and then to a condo) and two out-of-state (to a home and a storage facility). Of course, with such a complicated move, one would expect an error to occur along the way, and although the moving crews and staff did everything that they could to ensure that mistakes did not happen, unfortunately, some of our goods ended up misplaced or sent to a location other than the one intended. Karin was immediately on the issue with full intent to resolve it for us as quickly as possible. THE FOLLOW-UP AND GENUINE CONCERN OF THE SHOREVIEW TEAM IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE. The entire Shoreview/Bayshore team, from the General Manager (Cliff) to coordinator (Karin), to the persons involved in the search for, and work of, locating our goods were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. In fact, the company aggressively pursued me to file a claim in case the “missing” goods are not found in one of the 3 locations to which we had things sent. If you employ Shoreview/Bayshore as your moving company, you will not only be in good hands, but very fortunate to have them handling your most valued possessions.”

It's practically unavoidable for there not to be mishaps, but in scope they were nominal, were addressed, and settled. “Mostly good. If there is damage, take pictures and report it immediately. We assumed the driver would do that then were asked to document it after the fact. That was frustrating.”
