I'm looking for a pretty specific couple of parts for my old guitar and called to see if they had them. Shane @ Marion Music had me bring my guitar body in and went through their whole part selection with me (including the used bin in the back for repairs) to see if he could help.We weren't able to find a good fit, but this service was above & beyond for a pretty small profit potential, and I'll be back in the future for repair needs or new gear as a result. They have a really broad selection of new & used instruments and I'm bummed I couldn't stay longer to explore. Thanks, y'all!

Bought a Jaguar here and they misplaced the trem bar. Told me they’d order a new one and I’d have it the next week. 2 months later and 2 calls to them they still haven’t gotten it for me. Ended up ordering one myself and got it in 5 days. They’re either completely incompetent or don’t care about their customers. Who sells guitars missing hardware?

I called in and asked about getting my guitar set up. The person who answered acted like I was speaking Chinese and had to explain that I wanted new strings, truss rod adjusted to get the action corrected and playable again, etc. His response was “oh ya we do that” then when I asked how much he said “well it depends on the guitar and what type of stringy holder you have on the guitar” needless to say they have no idea what they’re doing and no way I’d trust them to work on my instrument. At least this was the impression I got, perhaps they are hiring someone to answer the phone who just isn’t knowledgeable about guitars but if that’s the case they may want to have someone with more experience and knowledge answering the phone to potential customers.
