We are pleased with meagan from the start. She showed us many samples and we picked one. She came out with sample. Measured the house and gave us a price to do EVERY thing from old floor removal to new install plus new baseboards. Thank you for a great process start to finish

Adrian came out to our house same day and gave an estimate for two rooms that needed carpet. He was professional, timely, and found us the perfect carpet in my price range. Mark and Todd installed our carpet. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and talked my husband and I through transition strips/ what they thought would be best for each room.
I cannot wait until we get our other rooms completed by Flooring America. If you are needing flooring, this is the one stop spot. They will not disappoint!

Had a good experience with Adrian. We had all of our floors redone and a bathroom shower retiled and all have turned out well. Adrian goes above and beyond in service and helping out. Be prepared there may be some extra charges if you have previous tile that needs to be grinded down and leveled. But otherwise the job was done pretty quickly and the installers were mostly professional. I would use them again compared to other companies in town that we were not as impressed with.

We were very happy with our experience from the beginning with Adrian to the installation with Mark and Todd Greathouse. Adrian was very helpful answering our questions and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was superb with two seasoned veterans skillfully performing each task as if they were working on their own floors. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Overall, our experience with Flooring America was fantastic. The salesperson, David, and the installation team, Chris and Steffan, provided outstanding service. Chris even returned to fix something and took his time to ensure everything was perfect. The team went above and beyond to care for our furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of our new flooring.

Megan is a delight. She came to my home several times to make sure the new floors would match the old ones and to measure everything right.
Ken Truman the installer is a gem. His work is perfection. I forgot to add an extra closet to the initial quote and they were super accommodating in sending extra flooring last minute to complete the job.

Great SE Flooring removed the existing flooring from our 2,000 SF condo and replaced it with LVT. The job was completed ahead of schedule in spite of Hurricane Milton. We are very pleased with their work

Excellent customer service my salesperson Anthony Cauallo and installer Joe Grosso both went far Beyond the five stars given. I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful the three rooms of tile are. I just want to pull up a chair and stare at it all day long. A big thank you goes out to both Anthony and Joe. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you guys.

Kyle and Dayne are in the process of wrapping
up a floor install at my home and I could scream from the rooftop on how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING they are. They made sure I knew everything that was going on with my install from start to finish. They were above and beyond courteous and mindful that though they had a job to do, we too were coming home from our jobs at the end of the day and wanted to be able to decompress comfortably. The professionalism is out of this world!
And MEGAN… Megan greeted us in the showroom and was so WONDERFUL from hello. She answered EVERY question with patience, kindness, and a smile..and ya’ll there were a lot of questions. When the time came for her to come to the house and do the measurements, she brought samples of all the flooring I was looking at in the showroom just to make sure we were making the right choice for our home and to look at each sample with the natural lighting and artificial lighting that is specific to our home.
I can’t say enough about my experience. It was one of a kind! Thanks for such an amazing experience Flooring America! Y'all are the true MVPs!

I would give 10 stars ! Our sales person, Adrian, was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and took as much time as needed with us. The installers, Chris and Stephan, well I can't say enough about them. Very professional, explained every step of the job so we knew exactly what they were doing and why. They were very respectful to us and our needs throughout the whole job. Will definitely recommend Flooring America to anyone who needs any type of flooring! Love, love, love my floors!
