I’m from Washington DC and I was visiting Melbourne then we decided to stop by Costco and I was greeted by the Food Court Manager Jonathan and let me tell you something… he is fabulous, knows everything about the food court items!!! And gave us a wonderful service!!

Refrigerator installers DAMAGED my brand NEW kitchen floor. It's been several months now! STILL WAITING for this GREEDY, EVIL BIG COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF IT! Pay for your mistake! The refrigerator took days to get cool enough, and it took 1 + 1/2 weeks for delivery, with TWO "no-shows". We are missing an emblem on the door, making it look (slightly) like a reject. I want to sell my home, so it's vital to HAVE THESE PROBLEMS FIXED! A family member decided to buy from this low class place. I don't pay to shop at places that encourage hoarding and overspending. You picked the wrong person to bully. I don't have to be nice to you; I'm not stupid like your customers. You will not get away with this.
