Larger thrift store on mission property. Shelter for men with christian focus. Ample parking, men tend to be all around as its in the middle of the projects compound. Definitely feel a bit of reluctance or suspicion arriving. Their reception could really use some work to be welcoming. Prices are high, especially on furniture. I sensed some willingness to haggle with one dude but the other one seemed firm on price and interjected into the sale, personally i think that should be avoided, fosters bad rapport. I ended up leaving without. same as u can get what you pay for they can get what they put into an item to prepare it. It was a 5x7, plastic outdoor rug still sandy i imagine it could have used a sweep or a shake but still not worth 30 bucks they were asking. if you’re just gonna throw stuff on the floor don’t expect a guy to pay like new prices. Cleaned off 20 bucks no problem but still dirty? 5-15 would have been more like it. Overall meh. would stop by if i happened to be there i guess. 2.5 star ? lol

If you are making a donation of goods run, run away. They will indicate that they will take everything and will not take 75% percent of what you have. Will never be fooled again.

Wasted our time saying they’d take our furniture donations and came to our house to just say they couldn’t accept any of our furniture cause it looked worn. Waste of our time. Avoid them at all costs.
