Only post office I use even though I live in Groveland. I own an e-commerce business and ship alot, my favorite thing is their doors, they swing both ways so when you have hands full of boxes you can just push through without having to set everything down and pull open the door. The workers are always friendly and even help me unload boxes when I have a car full of shipments. Best post office out of Groveland, minneola, and Clermont put together.

Amazing customer service! I had an issue when I first moved were all my mail was accidentally being forwarded back to my old address. David was more than happy to assist me (even outside of business hours) to make sure my packages were found. Hours lately he hand delivered them to me and explained the issue and helped me in correcting it. Absolutely amazing!

No issues as a First time shipper! The lady at the front desk was really nice and smiling! I had no idea what I was doing or how to ship but she was very patient with me?.Since most the reviews are negative and old, I don't think this post office deserves the hate it gets in my opinion so it encouraged me to leave this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. This place is great; I have had no problems receiving any of my packages and mail.

We keep receiving other peoples mail and we keep losing packages. I'm getting tired of delivering peoples mail for them, instead of usps. Amazon is starting to think Im lying about my package missing because of the frequency of missing packages.

Mascotte usps should actually hire people who knows how to read.. i always get packages delivered to wrong the address and letters missing ... i had neighbors drive to my house from a mile away to give me a package or letter that was delivered to their house instead of mine , not to mention the $200 loss i had on a package because the didnt know where it was delivered to .... this is very frustrating ...

For the past 3-4 months we've been having CONSTANT issues with our mail. Packages and mail (including papers from the DMV) have been coming up missing. A lot of these were put in the wrong mail boxes and told to send back to where they originally came from. We've lost A LOT of money in packages that never came in (including birthday presents for our son) and some that we did recieve were already opened. Some of our stuff they've been marking as delivered and have just been holding at the actual office without any notice. The people have been pretty rude the last few times we came in, as well. We've had to call in and make SEVERAL complaints about the service, and still nothing seems to be improving.
