Nurse Practitioner who worked on 12/31/2023 at 10:30AM is the rudest, laziest and THE most unprofessional person. We were traveling from OH and stopped by to get a prescription for wife who had a pink eye. There were 2 people siting in the waiting area but the kiosk to sign in was disconnected. When NP walked out she said that there were no more slots to sign in were available. She was evidently lying and we had to go to an Urgent Care. I am not sure where the management is looking but this person obviously is occupying a wrong position and should be working elsewhere.

I came in for 1 item. Waiting in line for SEVERAL minutes so cashier suggested self checkout, which was also full on a Thursday morning. Made it to self checkout and had to wait for cashier to bypass ID check. She helped 5 other people and kept ignoring me, so I left. Worst CVS I have ever been too. Don’t come here. No one will greet you, help you find anything, or check you out. Waste of my time. Oohh and I am was the only black person …

I ABSOLUTELY HATE that you are recording me, in my face. If your store security is so bad, then CVS is not the store I need to be shopping in anymore.All my life, Ive aimed for CVS as my choice of drug store; sadly, you've lost a loyal customer by having such bad "other customers", which caused you to have to record me in my face. I could care less if you otherwise record me, seems everyone else is, but not in my face. I invite others to shop where trusted customers shop, elsewhere.All the CVS are set up this way now. Let me know when you change your checkouts.

Do not go here for pictures or to have your pics put on a USB drive. Their equipment is old, doesn't work and you will spend a long time getting absolutely nothing! They don't keep their own USB drives in stock, they won't allow you to use your own & they don't have signs on the photo equipment telling you up front- the touch screens don't work and they don't care if you waste an hour using them to get nothing.

Best CVS experience ever and I have been at CVS's all over the country. Miss Lisa the Store Manager was outstanding ? last minute emergency wit my Cpap mask and Lisa got the job done thanks for the great service

Rudest pharmacist I've every dealt with. Staff isn't very knowledgeable! Was told by my CVS to call other CVS to see if medication was available in stock, yet was told they couldn't give out info over phone. I guess they expect you to drive around to every individual store in order to find out. Ridiculous!!!

Probably shouldn’t let people schedule vaccinations online if they aren’t going to have a pharmacist with a license to be able to give one in the first place when you get there with your child. Or how about a courtesy call letting people know sorry, our licensed pharmacist is not here today. Was told we could come back tomorrow and just walk in….. so what’s the point of scheduling? Is there a guarantee that this won’t happen again?
