Half way between Gulfport MS and Orlando FL we had stopped and noticed transmission fluid all under our vehicle. Looking at shop reviews I chose John Bryan’s to call and see if they could inspect to see if they could figure where fluid came from. As soon as we got there they immediately pulled it in a bay on the lift and sent in the air to inspect. Within 10 minutes they found where the fluid had come from and thoroughly explained possibilities of our issue. I would recommend Mr. John and his team to anyone. This day and age honesty and trustworthy are few and far between in the automotive world, but they fit that description to a T.

Ordered a wrecker for 2 cars. They said they would be there by 12 pm.....Never came. When I called owner said he told them not to go because they were full. They just never called me to let me know. Forced to take my biz else where.

Do not come here. Will not stand behind their warranties and can't diagnose issues correctly. Cheaper places nearby that know what their doing.

The towing man was fast and nice and arrived on the scene fast. The female boss was very nice and helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle. The service was five star and I will use them again in the future. I also will recommend them to family and friends. The best towing and service in marianna florida.

Never go to this place. They charged us almost a thousand dollars. All they did was spray silicone around the transmission.

i have never seen more incompetence than i experienced with john and his staff,,,,i to was in the mechanic field and would be embarrassed to have a customer have to return four times to fix a simple routine repair....and all his staff took a turn and still could not fix or find a freon leak...charged over a grand...wow!!!! if hes not embarressed then i"m embarrassed for him....i would not recommend him to anyone.

I paid them to put breaks on my car, two weeks later the breaks went out. They were suppose to replace the cv axle, yeah that snapped less than a month later too. I’m convinced neither parts were put on my car and I was robbed of my money. I’ll trust YouTube and diy before I bring ANY of my vehicles back to this shop.Service: Brakes

I did not do buisness with this person but was there when a family member did but not by choice. The owner was very rude. He charged $100 to tape plastic over too windows on a totaled vehical. He also charged $255.00 to store the vehical for 12 hours.
