When it was time to renew my policy the price was so much higher that I shopped around and found a cheaper carrier. Direct auto reported to the DMV I was uninsured and my license was suspended. I was never informed of this, if a letter was sent out I could have avoided this whole thing. Thanks Direct Auto for costing me my license and court fees! So if anyone changes insurance companies, make sure the old company doesn't screw you!

I spoke on the phone with Ms. Marybeth Williams today, and she was by far the nicest most comforting agent I’ve ever communicated with. This woman not only helped lower my insurance premium, but also held a great conversation while doing so. You don’t find many that have passion about their job anymore, so to Ms. Marybeth, THANK YOU.

I attempted to get coverage online but there was an issue with my current change of address that prevented finalization. I called in, was greeted by a "human" in less than a minute, and she was fantastic. She sorted out the address issues, made a custom plan that fit my specific needs, not a "bundled" plan, and saved me some money.Perfect !!

So many problems with these people then I had full coverage on my 17 yr.old daughters car with towing. But when she broke down and called they said I didn't then said we would be responsible for the bill etc... another person told me yes I did have towing but nobody could ever get my towing cost back to me. I hate even having to deal with these people they are rude disrespectful and as soon as u get my car out of body shop I'm dropping them.....
