“From start to finish..... If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!! First lets start with ****. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from *******, ** to **. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in **. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! Even told me where certain things were in storage unit for me to find. I cannot say enough great things about Nationwide Van Lines. Everyone involved with our move went above and beyond. We were incredibly happy with everyone and the process. Thank you so much Nationwide for taking care of my mom! ”

“We were traumatized when we experienced a major flood in our home and were told all of our belongings had to be put into storage so that our house could be repaired. Pack On the Go did an incredible job, with a professional crew led by Latonya everything was packed, carefully inventoried with pictures, and stored in their air conditioned facility for TWO years while the repairs were made. I was concerned after that length time about the condition of our belongings, several family antiques, a very large wood cabinet, many valuable, at least to us, fragile things. When the arrangements were made for our belongings to be returned I was especially pleased to see the same crew who packed us up return to unpack. They cleaned as they unpacked, again carefully inventorying our returned items, carefully placing our items where we desired, and easing any concerns we had. They contacted us every morning as to when they would arrive and the entire crew worked tirelessly all day. They were courteous, and so careful, respectful of our belongings. But the best is they cared about us, helping us to get through this difficult time, offering a hand and a hug. We are so grateful to Pack On The Go. “Update January 19. The bookshelf is being repaired. Ronnie picked it up and also finished putting together the sofa that I didn't know how to connect. He was knowledgeable and professional. We all can make mistakes but our character is defined by how we repair. Thank you. I appreciate being a valued customer.Update: I got a call from the owner. He took ownership and apologized for my experience. I was credited an hr and he also offered to repair the bookcase. It was much appreciated.So sad to share my last experience with this company. This was my third move with them and my last. Routinely they add an extra hour to what they quote. This time I didn't want to pay an extra hour so it was the bare minimum I packed. Rafa called in the morning to confirm that even if they finished in under an hr I would be responsible for the three hours. I understood that and agreed. The two moving men were efficient and careful. One old bookcase was broken but it is fixable. I gave them a heads up to be careful and they did their best. I gave them clear instructions to how to park not to waste time when they got to new apartment. They didn't follow that instruction and lost time as a result. When they had maybe 30 min left, they stopped working so I could sign Paperwork and pay. Rafa on the phone then said he was adding another hour to the total. When I inquired, knowing they had lost 25 min parking in the wrong place, I was told they would leave my things out on the street. I didn't take that threat very well. When I made the mistake of speaking in Spanish to, Rafa, he clearly was offended. I was mid sentence and he hung up on me. I paid the ransom to get the rest of my things. I called the office to log a complaint. Monica who had helped me every other time I called was unavailable. I was told someone would call me back. Guy called from Marios(delivery man) phone. It was loud and on speaker. I asked them to kindly called my phone. That was last Wednesday and I'm still waiting on a call on Saturday. I will be looking into filling a complaint.”

I had my household goods moved and stored in Florida with them, while I was relocating to Portugal. After 18 months, I decided to instead get them delivered to a second apartment in New Jersey.
