I called inquiring about dance shoes and while I was asking my question the lady talked over me very rudely saying they can’t help me they only supply ballroom dancing and hung up on me. I was also looking for ballroom shoes but I definitely won’t be coming here since their customer service is trash and they obviously don’t want new customers if that’s how they talk with people.

Terrible customer service. I ordered several cotton face masks during Covid pandemic. The first came fitting well. Then they advertised a rhinestone mask so I thought that would be fun during these difficult times, and to support their effort. It came so loose it was not usable and cost nearly 3 times more. When I emailed them, to my shock, I received a rather nasty response from Cassandra. I will never buy anything from them again even though I take lots of dance lessons. It also didn't matter to them that I am a nurse.
