I purchased a computer from Dauntless Computers /IT Solutions (that they custom build) last year (2021) for my nephew and have just tried to set up a time to bring it in for service and repair (due to an issue with the CPU PIN connection) and they are just flat out refusing to take a look and diagnose the issue; When we bought the computer they indicated that they would be there to help us with any and all issues moving forward either in warranty or after warranty for repair services and that is what I need now and their in store staff is telling me that Haim (Manager) and Jeremy (Owner) will not allow him to set up an appt. to diagnose the problem and neither of them will call me to speak directly as to why they won't service their own built product. Their website highlights that they are in the business of sales and repair services and now I am left trying to figure out who to go to to get service done on one of their custom built machines.What a bunch of a**holes at this shop - Their website advertises computer repair but they don't seem to be able to provide services they promote and obviously don't understand customer service and loyalty to their past consumers.I highly recommend finding another location to either purchase or have service done to your computer. Such a disappointment since we really thought they were a great small company when we bought the computer originally and were happy to have supported a local small business...Just goes to show they don't all have their sh*t together to know how to successfully run a company.
