They use synthetic oil which costs the customer more. Even if you have a vehicle that calls for conventional oil, they still use synthetic so they can make more money off you. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 15 mins to the PCB Tuffy since they're much more honest over there.

WARNING: If getting an oil change, explicitly ask for conventional oil, otherwise they will UPSELL and UPCHARGE you WITHOUT ASKING. Bad business with no morals. I ended up paying $70 for an oil change that's advertised as $25 on their website. By the time I saw the bill, the oil was already in my car, so good luck disputing it. Lesson learned. This is what's called bait-and-switch. Managers usually do it to meet their sales quotas, but in the end, they lost me as a customer, and the 5 vehicles in my household. I will never go back here.

I had an appointment at 12:00 pm. It was a 3:30 pm when they finished my car. They had to put 2 new tires and do an alignment. They gave me a receipt total for alignment and tires service. I was outside and watching entire process what they did on my car. After they finished tires job they did do any alignment. I asked them to give me a picture of alignment done. Manager told me they didn't print it and they get a car back and start doing an alignment. After a while they told me they can't do an alignment and suggested to go BMW service. They are robbing customers there. They think people are dumb. If you go there watch them what they do on your car. They are liars.

Waste of time. Called first, then brought my truck over for brakes and alignment as requested, they said " if you can drop it off we can fit you in today". The manager came out and looked at the truck, walked through the repairs with me and then scheduled me for Thursday because "you can see we have a lot of vehicles already"... Why did you tell me to bring it over then? I dropped the truck off Thursday morning after 1000 and at 630pm was told they could not fix my truck because it was too big for the bay... It is a standard 1993 F350, no lift, no modifications. They then said "don't worry we are not going to charge you anything". What could they charge me for??? Wasting my time on two different days? I guess the truck grew between the first time the manager looked at it and the appointment time. Also there were about three or four modern full size pickups in the parking lot, some with lifts and oversized tires, all wider, taller and longer than my 93. Why did it take 6+ hours for them to figure out my truck didn't fit? The appointment was at noon, dropped the truck off at 1000, got the call at 630pm. To be honest I don't know if they do quality work I just know they will take two days and two trips to the shop just to tell you they can't do anything.
