Since the first time I visited Affordable a year ago I have experienced nothing but EXCELLENT customer service. Recently I had another issue with my truck and had to take it in. It did take a little longer than expected. But when you're good at what you do and offer quality work I honestly don't mind the wait. I have been in the office a few times to witness Dustin's interactions with customers as I wait my turn. He's very respectful with everyone especially the elderly, and that honestly made my day! To the shop owner I have yet to meet, you should be proud you have an outstanding Shop Manager and great team!! I have nothing but good things to say about your business. “From what I understand this guy is legit I haven't had very much experience with him but from what I have been told he's very trustworthy and he came highly recommended to us but after my husband called him several times he ended up getting mad and we didn't get to do business with him. We were just trying to figure out what was wrong with our car and we had no way to tow it to him and we ended up having to get a loan to even try to get her car fixed and it's still broke down after getting it fixed.”

Bill was more then quoted by a few hundred so couldn’t get extended warranty but luckily I haven’t had no problems. Highly recommend for transmission rebuilt, my was the famous 4l60e. Monster transmission built a bulletproof 4l60e that didn’t last 5 months for me A1 transmission rebuilt mine and still strong 2 years later.
