This is my favorite bank in Panama City . I first moved here in 2005 after getting displaced from Hurricane Katrina in Bay St Louis , Mississippi . We actually had a business account over there but when we followed our shipping customer at Port Panama City , they were using Wachovia. Wachovia sold to WellsFargo and I started having problems depositing large checks so I talked to Hancock after they took over my personal bank Peoples . They were so delightful and helping. Brenda Parker is one of the best Bank Managers that I've ever met . She always answers the phone and if you missed her, she will actually call you right back. They are very fast to get you in and out and you kinda get to know everyone. And they remember You. Not a lot of banks can do that anymore.
