Always end up waiting a long time in the drive thru pick up line!! If a prescription isn't ready, send em inside and keep the drive thru for people who are ready and can get it and go!! Happens way too many times!!

Pharmacy hours are incorrect. I arrived at 9:02pm last night and the pharmacy was closed. Frustrating.

I’ve been shopping and filling prescriptions at this Walgreens for more than 6 months now. All the employees from the front cashier to managers and pharmacists to technicians are all courteous and efficient. The pharmacists have always gone beyond their duties to get refills from my doctors and resolve insurance issues. Technicians are great too. They are the best!

HORRIBLE! No other word could describe the experience of getting prescriptions from this Pharmacy! About 2 years ago this was a really great Pharmacy and then they brought on a new pharmacist and a couple new technicians...who are all super inexperienced and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I've even printed out state laws and brought them to them explaining to them that they were outright breaking Florida State laws. If you complain to the store manager she is extremely apologetic and asked that you take all complaints to corporate so that hopefully corporate can do something. That tells me that even the store employees don't like the pharmacy employees. The two closest Walgreens to this particular Walgreens say that they get nothing but complaints about this store but are happy to help people transfer their prescriptions two other pharmacies. I've now been using the Walgreens at the corner of Van Dyke and Dale Mabry for 6 months, and I have absolutely no complaints! Take my advice and steer clear of this particular Walgreens Pharmacy before they end up hurting someone.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars then I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences here and so have so many other people that I have spoke with in regards to the situation have as well. RAI or RIA however you spell the pharmacist name is extremely rude and very aggressive with customers. I have not only had bad experiences with her being a customer but I have also had very bad experiences with her when calling from my job which is a doctors office. She speaks to people as if they are stupid or are below her. I literally almost cried the other day while trying to speak with her in regards to medication for my son because of the way she was literally belittling me. My grandparents have had many issues with this pharmacist as well but I decided to give them a chance because of the other staff members who work at this location. I myself used to work for Walgreens and I am honestly embarrassed for the company to have someone like her working for them and representing them. This Walgreens is honestly walking distance from my home but I will instead go the extra miles to the Walgreens on Van Dyke for medication just to avoid this pharmacy. I hope that something is done about this woman and I will be taking this to the corporate office after posting this.
