Many things that Dollar Tree used to have they don’t have anymore. They keep putting in overpriced stuff that you can get at Walmart or Publix. Anytime you ask an employee for help for anything you’re looking for they’re no help acting like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Dollar Tree just isn’t the same anymore like how it used to be.

The manager here just killed it for me. I picked up a couple of drinks from a $1.25 cooler, they wrang up $2.50, I didn't argue I just said please take those off. Managers comes out, I have to explain to here why I asked they be taken off, queue the exasperated sigh, tells me all Celsius products are $2.50, walks back to the cooler and yells across the store at me nope! $2.50. Completely unprofessional and mildly humiliating.I never argued or asked for a price adjustment. I understand the tranisition to variably priced items. I just asked to have them taken off because I thought they were $1.25. The manager causing a scene was entirely uncalled for.

Some so called manager name “Helen” makes me feel very uncomfortable when shopping in here almost as she is stalking me and it needs to stop. No one should not walk in to an establishment and feel as he/she is constantly feel like they are being harassed . I do not know what her problem is but she needs to BACK OFF….

Hi..I'm posting this message because I went today to the store and after paying for 3 items...I forgot the bag at the register.
Just notice when getting home. I've called about 60 times to the store and the line it's constantly busy.

I hadn’t shopped my local location in some time do to previous management. You can feel the difference in the store the associates seem happier and it translates in their customer service. The new manager is so awesome a breath of fresh air. Thanks for bring joy back to my neighborhood DT Deann!
