Love this place! I just moved to Longwood and Jason is super friendly and does above and beyond. I come in unsure of what I want but I give him a few details and he does something so amazing ? I will definitely be coming back!

So sad that in a few months this placed changed owners and all the staff including Vic. I really tried to stay but the service and experience certainly changed for me. WO going into too much detail, sadly I will not be back. New owners and staff are super nice just my personal experience was not great :(
Love that I discovered this nail salon a few months ago. Everyone there is super kind, clean environment, and so many other positives. ♡

I had been going here for about a year and used to get my nails done by Michael who was awesome. Went in about 6 weeks ago to find out the salon had been sold. Got my nails done (acrylic fill) and had a broken nail after 9 days, my nails typically last 3 weeks with no chips. Got them redone a second time and had 4 broken nails and bubbling peeling polish over the course of a week. The new staff was nice but unfortunately won’t be returning.

The prices listed on their website is NOT what they try to charge.
Spoke to the owner over the phone. He was very rude and dismissive. He accused me and my daughter-in-law of having extra services done.
I tried to explain to him that we only had the services asked for, we were given nothing extra, and he wanted picture from the staff.
DO NOT COME HERE. FIRST AND LAST TIME.
The GOOD reviews are for the PREVIOUS OWNERS.
The new staff/owner are HORRIBLE and cannot to artwork.

I went to the salon yesterday for an appointment I normally always have with Tina. I had called to make the appointment and was told Tina was out for two weeks. I was assured someone could help me. When I walked in, there was no one I recognized, except Michael. Thank goodness! He graciously did the services I needed. He told me the salon had been sold. I have been going there for over 7 years. They are a lovely, caring, hardworking family. These 5 stars are for them. Michael, Tina , Tyler and others. I will miss the fun times. Seeing the grandchildren, and of course the quality of your service. All the best to each of you!

Everyone here is always so kind. My mom just passed away a couple of weeks ago. She had cancer and Alzheimer's. They were all so sweet and gentle with her.

A great pedicure, always!! I’ve been coming here for about five years and have been helped by a variety of nail technicians. They are always very friendly, polite and do an outstanding job! Most recently Tina was my tech and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! I’ll continue to come here for years to come :). Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time I had my nails done & very disappointed. I wanted pink & white fill they put on a white tip looks terrible. This past week I said I want pick & white & Tyler said I can’t do it so he used white polish no powder & 1 day later nails are chipped & look horrible. I have been getting pink & white for over 30 years. I also got a pedicure which was fine but I will not be going back what a waste of money ?

First time here. Great service and pedicure was excellent! Enjoyed a beverage and the massage chairs were awesome compared to where I was going previously. Will be coming back.

m’lady tina did this beautiful dip full set on me today. she was meticulous with her work and always asked if everything looked good before moving on. definitely my best dip experience yet. cảm ơn nhiều cô!!

Tyler was my nail tech! Amazing! I went in for a small design and he had me leaving with a much more beautiful design! 10 out of 10 for sure ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
