There is a trend on not receiving mail in my po box for weeks. I am usually mailed correspondence almost daily from clients but I never receive them in a timely manner. The po box system at this post office is poorly managed.

If I could give them negative 1000 stars I would. I have a new build home on a VERY busy highway and the “post master” refuses to add one more stop to the mail persons rout so I have to walk across a busy highway just for my mail… I will be calling every single day to inconvenience him for my inconvenience. I will also be calling USPS to report him.

The employees are pleasant. My qualm is my P.O. Box goes for days without any mail . Clients mail items to my box frequently and it seems like nothing gets there on time . I receive mail sent from 30 miles away 2 weeks later . I’m unsure if the P.O. Box running efficiently

1st time complaint but not my first problem. Have on 4 separate occasions had my packages delivered to wrong address, luckily my neighbors contacted me to return my packages. This latest 5th package was signature required, went to post office to pick up but was missing, lost, or stolen. Also on another occasion Ipaid for usps money order, received it, sent it out no problem until next day I came in to pick up mail and was accused of shorting or stealing a portion of the money back. There are multiple cameras, I said let's review the footage and was told that's not possible. Short time later that clerk is no longer there. No apology, nothing. On other occasion I was asked what i was using usps money oders for. Bank is 20min drive and post office is only 5min for secure checks, join the police force if you want to be a detective. They know they have problems, that's why always new personal. Except the 2 ladies from (I think) India, they're awesome.

First time shipped 3 packages through this office on March 24th and one of the packages was lost right away, never was delivered as the guy who took my packages didn’t scan one of them but he scanned twice same package. No apology, no attempt to be helpful, they acted like nothing happened and they gave me an attitude like I was wasting their time when I had to drive all the way back to the office with 1 year old baby. I just sent new joggers to a different state, a paid for shipping, and the package just disappeared. Horrible service and horrible attitude!!! Hope that a manager of this office will do something about it after this review will be read.

I like this little local post office. The customer service has always been good and quick in my experience. And I always appreciate my mailman and their quick deliveries.

Went here a few weeks ago and these employees where not friendly at all. Will absolutely choose a UPS for all future services.

I watched a postal worker be absolutely rude to a customer today. The lady wanted to get a cashiers check, the postal worker made up every excuse not to do one. Then told the customer it was 7 minutes until closing after fighting with the poor woman for ten minutes. She even told her to go to the bank. I’m sorry I didn’t speak up, because what I saw wasn’t right.
