Love this vet!!
All of their employees obviously love dogs!! They explain all procedures in detail. We’ve had fantastic experiences with this vet group.

We’ve been coming to Alafia River Animal Hospital for over 12 years. The staff here are amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They do not have a high turnover in staff which is great because you get to know everyone and they know your pet when you walk in. That makes the experience that much better. The Drs are also very personable. I trust the staff there with my fur babies. They’ve always treated my dogs with love and patience. They go above and beyond. I moved an hour away and still take my pets there. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Literally have called this place on various occasions as they are close especially for emergencies. Receptionist is rude and im not sure the vet is ever actually there.

Like family. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with friendly faces every time. Vet takes her time doing a thorough evaluation and listens to you and answers all your questions. The techs are all sweet with our dogs. I’ll never go anywhere else for our pups.

I have brought all of my cats here and every time the staff has been outstanding and very helpful for our animals when in need. I 100% recommend taking your animal here! A big thank you to everyone who works there!!

We have used Alafia Animal Hospital for years, boarding our Golden Doodle, Daisy. We love it there & know they love our dog. The staff is always friendly & kind & the facility clean & bright. The price point is reasonable & totally worth it to drive across town. Highly recommend!

It was our first time visiting and we loved this hospital with exception of front desk greeter. she was not friendly and greeted us with gimme your paperwork. So rude and then she proceeded to have a personal conversation with a worker making us wait....
BUT the rest of the team made up for the front desk rudeness, as the doctor and assistant- Amanda- were so kind, loving and wonderful with our pets! They will be why we come back and make this clinic our new home. thank you for your care and love of our dogs. xo

Literally the best customer service EVER! Pulled into the parking lot at 6:15 not realizing what time it was and that they had closed at 6:00. One of their employees, Christian, was in his car, backing out to go home and rolled the window down and asked if he could help me. At this point, I realized that they were closed. Just mentioned that I was there to pick up medication for my dog. He parked his car, went back inside, turned the computer back on, got the medication for my dog, all with a kind smile on his face and then had to go through the process of locking everything up again. I apologized profusely for not realizing the time and thanked him over and over for going above and beyond. He totally did not have to do that. He could have simply just said that they were closed and went on his way and had every right to. It was my fault for not realizing the time. I’ve never experienced the quality of customer care that this staff has given over the years. Thanks again, Christian! You guys are the BEST!!
