Priced high for a shop that doesn’t torque lug nuts . Not super impressed with the fact I had to explain what a lock lug key was. You live you learn .

Can’t think of a single good thing to say about this place, used to sell good quality tires for cheap and now they sell poor quality used tires for more money than before. Competitors offer the same price with better quality and just as fast service. This shop no longer deserves anymore of my money. Their competition is just better.

If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD!!! They put wrong size tires on my car knew that they did and yet told me that if I wanted to put the right size tires I had to buy brand new ones and give you the worst used tires I’ve had to come back three times because one tire completely blew down to the rim and the other one gave me with a bubble and the third tire has a chunk missing from it and I haven’t had these tires on for a whole month. They replaced the one that blew but wouldn’t replace the one with the bubble which they then blamed me for. Had to buy another tire for the one with the bubble.Lastly their customer service is terrible they don’t like to be acknowledged for their mistakes quote “Not me I don’t own the shop” even though I didn’t ask them. Even then they over charge for used tires WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SHOP TO ANYBODY!!!( I know used tires can possibly come with problems but this is unacceptable three tires and Money spent later I still have to buy tires for the car. For the time being will have to deal).

Called to speak with an owner. Literally, all I said was “Hi, is there an owner available” - the young woman who answered the phone said “no, do you need a tire?” I responded, “no - I don’t need a tire” and she shouted “okay, bye!” - super unprofessional, as I was going to come in for a different service. Totally changed my mind given the conversation. Customer service matters - even over the phone.

Gave my mom a tire with a hole in it tire was at 10 psi in 20 minutes and they it “new”.

Went here for YEARS until I was just treated and talked to like garbage. The mechanic claims to be the manager. I have my doubts. He was VERY unprofessional!! Funny how every time I’m there prices and policies change. They will NOT get mine or my families business again. Went down to the other Zoom location off of Gunnery and was treated great! I WOULD AVOID THE LOCATION ON GRETCHEN!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially the new guy!
