My father had a problem with his cellphone and the manager GIOVANNI was super rude to him. My father is almost 80 and some retail managers are very rude with their customers. Who knows what my father said because it takes two to start an argument. The manager said he’s never encountered anyone with an attitude and that is a shocker or he’s lying.
