I think bad customer service sounds good for the level of "assistance" I received when I called on Friday. I can´t speak for the business, because I do not have or will ever have any business with them, but the agent had 0 people skills, wouldn´t let me talk, and answered an email stating "NO" (only these 2 letters) when I asked for an insurance coverage before January 2024. Additionally, I wanted to verify if some providers were included on the network and he said the best way was to call them. Am not even sure of what to think about this.I don´t usually leave reviews, but I just felt mistreated and I don´t think I did anything for him to treat me so badly. For the record, I contacted other brokers who were able to assist me, very kindly, and listen to my needs. OF COURSE I can get insurance now and definitely not with his "help".

Wow! I still cant believe she's mine. Uri and his team, Paolo and Brian.. did an outstanding job getting me insured on my New 2020 Audi A3 S. Uri took many many hours out of his day to make sure I would get insured on a Saturday, during a birthday party. Not only did I get the best deal on the insurance, the transition was very seamless. I cannot thank Uri and his team enough. They are diligent, honest and very pleasant to work with. My father is already buying a car from him and I will continue to refer friends and family. Best company in Boca to get a car and insurance through!

Uri and his team ALWAYS bless me with the best rates on cars and insurance! I was paying $475 A month and when I had to renew my (previous) agent said she could only lower my rate by $40..I searched around and found Universal where Uri was able to find me a BETTER COVERAGE then I had and for only $240!!!! Nearly HALF of what I thought I was “stuck” paying..not to mention how QUICK and easily accessible they are with your needs and questions! Cant thank them enough! HIGHLYYY suggested!
