They are a bit too shady for me. I had an issue with a phone I purchased, I returned it the same day within 8 hours. I was charged a restocking fee of $25. I got another phone and was charged an activation fee, rather than being upfront about it, the woman said the fee was from Apple. I don't appreciate being lied to and they will never get my business again.

I will never get back here. You can get a way better service at the Cricket store in Edison Mall. They don't accept phones from other companies or providers in this location.

These people are the best and do everything they can to help you save .. I went in to pay a bill amd ended up saving on the bill (alot) I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond for me please keep up the Good work

If I could a negative one, the customer service is horrible. The individuals that work here are not professional at all, nor is the owner of the store. I get attacked by everyone of the employees due to them not wanting to actually look back and see what happened when my phone was not in the case. The Kary lady and the other individual that was there that claimed” she was the manage” basically just lying. Upon speaking to Kary she called her supervisor basically saying since I didn’t switch with them I don’t have insurance on my phone, and that I scratched my phone when that was not the case. Like how please explain when you have my phone. The manage came and did not acknowledge me and decided to help another customer when I was there complaining about my phone. Kary voice changed when he got there and all. And she has the audacity to say “I disrespected you cause you did it to me”Over all I leave you guys to God all mighty. Literally.

Always have promotions with very good customer service. Managers Naz is friendly and helpful. Store is always clean, neat and organized. Plenty of parking. Open 10 a to 8pm mon to sat. Sunday 10a to 6p.

Livia at the counter was amazing! My god mom lives in Florida and i'm miles away in Atlanta she was in need of a new phone and she was witching over from Android to Iphone she had horrible customer service from a near by metro pcs. But this location welcomed her with open hands and was patient with her and all her crazy questions LOL all while speaking to me on the phone!! We appreciate you Livia <3

Never had any issues at this store. Generally always have the latest phones available offered by Cricket. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you out even when they are busy.
