Multiple drug addicts hanging out and chatting with employees. They disrespect your time. Offered me 1.2k for a watch worth over 5k. Opportunistic crooks at best. I wouldn't sell them anything and it's questionable at best if I would take a loan with them. Thumbs down. Find a better pawn shop.

Called Saturday they told me to be here by 9 to pay a pawn. I got here at 830 and then they decided bot to open until 10 because it's labor day. My dad is handicapp and I can't just leave him alone for long periods. They didn't care.

Walked in for the 1st time ever. There were about 5-6 employees just standing there behind the counter looking at me. I said hi with a smile and only 1 said hi back. I’ll spend my money somewhere else! Want some free advice? At least fake it that u wanna work there vs hating your job and not greeting a potential paying customer.

Perhaps we should visit over some of the the reviews here.1st. One of my favorites, everyone there is racist and won't help you unless you are white. Ironic considering everyone who works there isn't white except 1 person.2. People complain of prices. It's a pawn shop. Things are generally tried to buy in cheaper so things can sell cheaper. I've seen people go in and say well i bought it for $200 so I want $200 for it. That's not how a business works..3. Grown adults who pawn their items (who want the item back so bad because it's their baby) can't even remember a simple due date. However, when the item is late for payment and it forfeits, it's never the persons fault. It's always the employee. (As if they really wanted to try and get your ps4 on the floor with the other 30 for sale)4. Staff not asking you for help. There are people who do not liked to be asked if they want help. When they see something they want, go find an employee (who isn't doing something) and ask for it. It's not hard. Standing and staring at someone helping a customer or working on the computer isn't going to get help. (Also, don't snap or whistle. They are humans, not dogs)Lastly, your ps4 or xbox one is not worth $200. If you don't like the price, try gamestop and check the cash offer for your console.Understand where you are and how the business works before you go in. Most people will match the energy you put off. If you come in with an attitude, you're most likely going to get one back.

Worst experience ever at a pawn shop... employees are a joke, bunch of 16 year olds working the front counter not paying attention & barely know anything about firearms.... all of them are racists & WILL profile you. If you are young,Hispanic,black, or anything other than White & American they will automatically assume you don't have a cwp & will not pay attention to you. Go and try it out you'll see.
