The one here on homestead.the lady helped w my sons phone and did a great job!she went out hwr way to help my son and how to make phone go faster.way better than the one on lee.thatone odd dude w brown hair in there has some issues and im not the only one who sse that.the whole reason i went to this one.i will definitely be going to the one on homestead from now on.

I've been doing business with Boost for many years and your customer service person that was present on 5/14/22 around 10am was UNPROFESSIONAL. My advice to any sells person LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WITH OUT ATTITUDE AND YOU SHOULDN'T HANG UP.

The employee was VERY helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He gave me the best deals. The store itself is very modern and clean. 10/10 will be back. And they don't have animals running around their store either like pack and ship does. That's just so unsanitary.

I walked into this store and nobody greeted me. I was ignored the whole time I was there. I was the only person in this establishment mind you. As I was walking out, I said “have a nice day†and the lady working said “I'll miss you forever†sarcastically. Horrible customer service. I'm sure the owners are good people but their employee sucked. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I'm sure I went in on the day their worst employee was working. I'll take my money elsewhere.
