All these other reviews on here do not make sense. 5 stars 100% all the way. I was stranded literally didn’t know what to do. We waved him down and Leroy pulled over and jumped my car up. I know it wasn’t a hard task, but most people wouldn’t give me time of the day. That’s a good man, thank you so much.

I was in a car accident this morning and was very shaken up and disoriented. I did give permission to the police to tow my car and I had thought I had gotten everything I needed out of it but realized later in the day I left my children's shoes there. I contacted the business to ask if there was any way I could get the shoes out before they opened on Monday morning. I was told by Barbara but it would be a $50 fee. I asked respectfully if there was any way that that could be waved due to the circumstances. We have lost a lot in the hurricane and I was disoriented this morning and didn't realize I needed to get their shoes. Barbara was an absolute psycho and a paints the business in a terrible light. I have never been treated so badly and just for begging to get my children's shoes. I hope the owner doesn't agree with this.

Call Expert Towing!!!! Do not use Alley Cat Towing you will regret it big time . They lied about the time they where on scene waiting . The call did not come in untill 545pm they got to the scene after that around 6 they left the scene by 735pm they are supposed to bill the first 30 minutes to the state and I'm sure they did plus billed me for the time . It clearly states on scene time and not paid for drive time but they just lie there way threw it . I had no choice to use them or not as the troppers had it towed to this dishonest tow company taking advantage of the bad situation of accidents . They lied on the bill and charged 2 days for storage when the truck was not even there for 24 hours they started charging storage while the truck was still at the accident not even to there storage yard yet . they claim that is the rules for state trooper tows that was a lie and the state trooper had it corrected but that was after me standing there for 30 min arguing and finally they called the trooper . Also they charged $80 x 2 hours for sitting there plus they also plan to bill the other person family who was in the accident so a total of 4 hours billing at $80 per hour for 1 guy to sit there for 2 hours and that is not what is stated in the rules for towing for state troopers there's a little loop hole so these dishonest people are taking full advantage of it so they are double dipping because of this loop hole but I plan to file a complaint against them and I would never recommend them . Jorge is very rude and has a attitude problem because someone is questioning there dishonest ways and they where wrong but sure would not admit it . So 2 hours of there time is worth charging me $380 . Plus the other person $380 for 1 tow truck . Plus the state for the first 30 min obviously these people are starving that they need to take advantage of people because they can withhold there car if you don't pay .

Even though we weren't there for the best of reasons...the staff was nice..we were pushing for time trying to get there before they closed at 5:00 PM...we called and were very communicative of we were running late and asked if they would please wait on us...we called a couple of times to inform them what was going on and our time of when we would get there...the last we knew we though we would be having to deal with a flat tire.. but as we were on our way there.. THEY AIRED UP THE TIRE FOR US!! It actually held air! WIN WIN!! WE WERE VERY THANKFUL THEY WAITED FOR US AND AIRED UP THE TIRE!! The only thing is the extra charge for using a debit or credit card.. they charge you an extra percentage as some places do so if you're going here that's an easy solution.. BRING CASH!!

This place is an absolute joke. I rented a uhaul from them around 6 months ago. The truck was old but I didn't think anything of it. The truck was hard to start and left oil stains on my driveway. Jump to October, 2015. I made a reservation for a uhaul at 8am (almost a week prior to moving date) , which is also what time this place opened. I waited until 8:20 and no one showed up (other customers were waiting outside, too). I called UHAUL and they tried a secondary phone # without any luck. Uhaul made a new resvation at a different location. If this place can't get a simple uhaul reservation correct, imagine what they would do to your property. Stay away from this place.
