Austin and there Mobil unit came to the house to fix/update the "recall" on our Lincoln Nautilus. It only took about 20 minutes. Thanks Austin and Thanks to Plaza Lincoln.

Nelson Rivero met us upon arriving and made our purchase so pleasant and without the pressure one expects when buying a vehicle. Plaza Lincoln did not add a lot of extra fees to the price which was an unexpected benefit. Nelson was very personable and treated us as a friend. I recommend Nelson if buying at this dealership. I also want to recognize Tony Pagano the Sales Manager who greeted us upon entering the showroom
,and then thanked us after the purchase and John Bach the Business Manager who completed the sale. Plaza Lincoln dealership employees appreciate the customer and proved it.

Nice people great service overall a pleasant experience. Car was fully detailed and gassed up when we picked it up. Windshield wiper flew off on the way home.

I will not be going back to Plaza Lincoln for the service on my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. I gave two stars because at least Demario my service advisor did give me a discount on my oil change to compensate me for the service advisor that helped my wife at the initial oil change. He had charged her for some sort of service package that she did not request even though it says "customer requested" on the receipt. Being a Lincoln dealer you would think there would be soap and paper towels in the restrooms and maybe some cookies in the cookie tray. Just get a very cold vibe here.

They replaced a battery in my Nautilus. The first did a test of the old battery to confirm it needed replacement and later showed my the results of the test. They then installed a new battery in such a way that all my settings in the car were maintained. I really appreciated not having to redo all the settings. I am happy to recommend them for repair services.

Sheritta Smith, my Product Specialist very welcoming, I normally I stay clear of dealerships. I love Carvana hassle free purchasing. However, the VW appeared in the lot of Plaza Lincoln, Leesburg. Sheritta sealed the deal. I had looked for the perfect VW for close to a year. Thanks Product Specialist.

This is the first Lincoln we have owned. Soo pleased with it. So happy with your service dept. Always I mean always a pleasure to deal with. We were a little concerned with $700 for our 30k mileage check. That is one car payment. Cannot complain about service. We will celebrate 50yrs if marriage next month and my husband says this is the favorite if all. We had Cadalics, Fords and Chrysler. Our next will be a Lincoln.
