We had over $3300 work done on our vehicle. When we picked it up, we noticed that it was not put back together correctly. Screws missing, parts hanging and grease all over it! We took it back in and they supposedly put it back together. The screws on the under plate are still missing. Now there is a noise like something plastic hitting a fan or a belt. We asked what the noise was and all they said was "I don't know". It was not making the noise before. My guess is something else was not put together correctly! Can't believe they would do such a lazy job. Guess we'll be taking it somewhere else if we can't figure out what is causing the new noise!

AWESOME work and service done here. Been coming here for all exhaust work done. Got some work done on my 23’ wide body scatpack and they didn’t disappoint. They took the time even right before they close to make sure everything was done right. Super friendly people with affordable prices.

My advice to anyone that needs their car fixed ABSOLUTELY DONT GO HERE!! My car broke down in front of their building so they pulled it in and off the road for me. Over two months later I finally got my car back and they soaked me over 6 grand. I got stranded in the middle of traffic during rush hour on the way home. Sent it back. They ended up telling me now the engine was shot. WTH. In the two months I did get my car back a couple times only to have to bring it back in rite away. Now it's been 5 months and I have a warranty until June so I took it in to see why my engine lite was on because I was covered rite? Wrong..Another 125 dollars to change a sensor because it wasn't part of the motor. Asked them to check power steering and ac. Power steering did have a very slow leak. Also told me the AC is fine. It does cool but it decides when it's going to blow and when it's not. They said it's normal..NOT. Engine lite was back on and power steering went out completely the day I brought it home. Took it to a real mechanic and muffler man never put the fittings back on the power steering so now all the fluid just drained out. Engine lite I also had checked. It's a vacuum somewhere which is part of the motor and should be covered. I'm to the point I will not go back even if it's warrantied because I have NO trust in them whatsoever. They'll just screw up something else. What a freaking nite mare. The receptionist is awesome?That's all the good I have to say about that place. STAY AWAY!!!! DONT learn the hard way or I should say expensive way like I did. Here's to you Muffler Man?

Professional Expert service. They stand behind their work, didn't try to sell me something I don't need, like some car dealers do. The dealer said I need a new Catalytic converter. Muffler man manager and owner hooked up my car to their Diagnostic machine and said they just had to replace Censors. Dealer want to charge me $25000 to replace it. Labor and parts cost under $500. Big saving. But theyhad problem, thecould wait on the phone for the insurance firm. So,I had to go to the dealer. Good news parts and labor covered.

BUYER BEWARE! This guy does shotty work and he's dishonest. I took my suv in to have my transmission replaced due to complete failure. Waited 3 weeks for repair. A few days later I noticed that the transmission was my original transmission that he had rebuilt instead of a new one. That's not what our agreement was. My transmission is still leaking and slipping on the same ticket, I paid for breaks to be done. He replaced the rotors and break pads. Now my breaks are squeaking loudly, and catching. Also, my ABS, slip, and air bag lights are on from damages caused by muffler man. On top of that, the shop damaged all 4 rim caps. I brought this to the owner's attention. He agreed to make it right and had me send information to replace the rim caps. I kept texting him and he ignored me. He also said he gives a Veteran discount but he didn't apply I paid with AMEX, after paying a $300 fee, so I put the transaction in dispute because I didn't get what I paid for. The owner then, called my wife and told her I committed a felony. He refused to communicate with AMEX arbitration system for resolution. He needs to pay for damages he has caused. My garage is saturated from leaks, my ABS system is damaged, and my transmission is still leaking and slipping. He won't make contact with AMEX to remedy. Guess I'll take him to court because I'm out of $8500. This is very upsetting for me because I've had work done by this shop over the years with no problems. Don't know what happened but I'll never go there again.
