Have been going to this place for a year now. Gets more and more aweful by the month. Today was the breaking point. Didn’t get my car completely clean, have to go through it almost every other day for it to even get all the dirt off. The people today were rude as they yelled at me for asking them to spray the sides of my car to get the bugs off. They said it was only for the front. What makes a difference if it’s front or back?!? Not only was it the attendant but also the manager! Time to cancel my membership and go to Tommy’s!

Asked if they could spray around my running boards because they never get clean. IVE HAD THIS DONE BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEM. The guy said he would ask his manager, which in return the manager was extremely rude and said “no. Not happening.” They were completely slow, and no one was behind me. Very unprofessional, and lazy. The car wash is so rushed it doesn’t get clean. Not worth my membership anymore!

Have been here a few times. Today blew it out of the water. Absolutely horrible customer service and an even worse manager. There is way too many car washes around for these people to be treating customers like this. No manager is better than the manager you have now. The laziness the manager has is just unbelievable.

I currently have 5 vehicles on monthly subscriptions to this car wash. It is the closest to my house and office. It has gone down hill tremendously.. The reason for 2 stars; when your skirt is stuck in the broken vacuum hose! They have more with holes than ones without!
UPDATE! I now only have 3 vehicles on a monthly subscription. As I purposely came in while slow, no one in front of, nor behind me, I asked if the lady at entry could please spray off my running board. She said she would have to ask her manager. Unfortunately the manager said no, it is only for bugs. I have running boards that come out when I open my door, so they are not very dirty, but never get cleaned in automatic wash. The ironic thing, they have sprayed them off for me before.. Apparently the customer service has just went down. Was I asking to much to lightly spray off my running board? If concerned there would be dirt left in entrance, the sprayer inside the car wash could have. But no... just keep your dirty running boards lady, and I will keep my carwash from letting you wash your car!?!? Seriously...

I love going to Mister car wash, I love a clean car, I have no excuses for a dirty car, I can go as much as I want and the location is so close to my house. It is very organized, the cars keep moving never a long wait.
